Went in to Fountain Hills store. Andras refused to help me set up my phone. He told me to go to a phone repair store and pay 80 dollars for them to set it up. I have been. T-Mobile customer for 27 years. He stated that because I didn't buy the phone from the Fountain Hills TMobile that they couldn't help me. I bought it from T-Mobile! Same company. Absolutely inexcusable staff behavior. While a family member was visiting the store seeking help for a sudden SIM card issue with a phone, the clerk took one look at it and declared "You dropped this phone in a pool". Didn't ask, just arrogantly made an accusation that is completely unfounded and 100% FALSE. After correcting him he opened up the phone and again insisted "There's water damage" - again COMPLETELY WRONG. He then states there was nothing they could do, so it would have to be taken to a 3rd-party repair shop and ended with a dismissive "Good luck!". Can the management there explain their choices in hiring aggressively rude staff members? read more

I went to the T-mobile in Ft Hills and I was told that I would be eligible to obtain the iPhone 15 when I signed up as a new customer. The phone will only cost $200, I was told at first. I signed the documents and headed home. When I contacted TMOBILE a few days later, I was told that I could pay in installments, but the phone would really cost $450. When I asked whether I could pay for the phone in advance, customer service told me that I could come back to the store and pay for it there. After I paid the 450 at the store, I called Tmobile a few days later, and they told me that I would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15 (more than 1000) because I knew the sale had ended because I paid the 450 int he retail store and shortened the promotion. They instructed me to resolve the problem. I needed a refund, therefore I had to return to the retail location. When Ethan was unable to complete the refund at the store, he asked his manager Riley, who advised me to wait for the $450 return. When I called AMEX a few weeks later, I was informed that no refund had ever been started. RILEY resigned when I returned to the store to talk to him. When I called Customer Support with Ethan, a representative named Nichole informed me that they were unable to offer the refund and that I would instead receive a gift card worth $450. No gift card ever arrived after three weeks of waiting. Last week, I called Tmobile and I spoke with Sheena from the Maine office , and she informed me that Nichole never provided me with the correct information and that there is no such thing as a 450 USD gift card. Since I've been misled for almost three months, I'm going to take to social media. It has been so far the worst company ever so I would not recommend anyone to do business with them read more

Horrible experience was months ago and still with me. The arrogance and contempt these folks have for customers is unfathomable. When I questioned him on what he was saying after having just spoken with corporate, he became defensive to the point of physically posturing and threatening. He claimed immunity from corporate as they were independent. I would highly recommend dealing with any other T-Mobile store, no matter how far one has to drive. I cannot recommend the services of Ethan highly enough. We were in on Mother's Day and he had to service a highly difficult customer from r a couple of hours. The man was outrageous and Ethan remained calm and considerate throughout the ordeal. Not many would have handled this bully as well as Ethan did. I'm a long time Sprint customer and have been with them for 10 years. Since it was time to get the new iPhone 8 I wanted to see what kind of packages and plans were out there so I stopped in here 2 times this week to compare pricing. The plan pricing ended up being the same and they were willing to buy me out of my contract at Sprint. My whole issue was just to get better phone service in the Ft. Hills area. For some reason Sprint doesn't get great service in the Hills. The first visit I worked with a gentlemen named Javier and today it was another young man with dark hair. On my first visit Javier was a great educator of the plans and of great help. Told him I would be back at the end of the week to change out my plans. Today I was ready to switch over and had the intention of switching over but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, just my hubby's. The young gentlemen was just as nice as Javier but didn't give me any other options but just waiting for the phone for a few days. With that in mind I decided not to switch over and just go back to Sprint as I was going to be traveling soon and didn't want to be "in between,' phones. If this is your phone provider, you're lucky because this store has a nice vibe, nice staff and competitive pricing. read more

A T-Mobile customer care rep. just confirmed that this location does not belong to T-Mobile. Instead, it is an "authorized" retailer. She explained that they may have different policies. For example, a T-Mobile store won't normally charge its customers for support to transfer data from a cell phone to a new one. This rep., Jean, called the store where they confirmed that it is this store's policy to charge $30 for this support. The store sign says "T-Mobile" in the trademark bold, pink letters , but omits the "authorized' part. See images. I went in to t-mobile Fountain Hills store to buy a plan for Mexico City, the guy behind the counter wasn't sure about the plan he made a couple of calls, sold me a chip gave me a new number and a small tool to install it. The plan and chip NEVER WORKED, he said it was a telcel plan. I had to find a telcel office in Mexico City, one of the largest cities in the world, took me two days to find a telcel office, HAD TO BUY a new chip with new #. I called the FH store to let them know, the manager said " all the sales are final same thing happened to me when I went to Canada" quote!!! No other way of putting it, they stold my money. The guy who sold me the plan could not even PRINT nor E-MAIL the receipt, I had to take a picture of the transaction to have a record, WHAT A RED FLAG stupid me I ignored it!!!! These folks have no idea of what they are doing, they are ripping people off. below is part of their add on the web. Fountain Hills is a very small town, doing business like this will catch up with them. I am truly sorry to write this scolding review. So I walk in there and there are two employees. One was busy with a customer but didn't even acknowlege me or say we will be with you shortly. I look around for awhile and the other employee is behind her computer and not one word..like can I help you? Just keeps working on her computer totally ignoring me. I wait a little longer and then decided to leave since they could care less about there customers. I do understand when your working with another customer that I have to wait but what I don't understand Is if your an employee and not working with a customer how can you just keep playing on the computer and not even say anything as she was clearly aware that I was in the store. Sofie and Ali are the best! Several times my husband and I went in there with questions about our new phones. We went to the one at Mesa Riverview but didn't get the help we needed.
