Not only was it expensive, it was extremely slow and unreliable. So, I reached out to Bob Hagedorn and he let me know that I can get Startouch at my house. I had it installed, and I must say it is absolutely amazing. Very fast, very reasonably priced, and I couldn't be happier. All that to say, is definitely a valid option and I would highly recommend it!!!

Often it's less than 1--often .2! In the last month, I have gone from a very content and happy customer to a very unhappy and frustrated customer. Customer services does nothing. They take my number, but they NEVER call back. One person updated some firmware, but otherwise no attempt has been made to take care of the unreliable service.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW:…read more I've been with T-Mobile since August of 2014. I won't give you a lifelong story here but in the beginning it was an absolute nightmare. They stole $700 and more from my bank account without my consent and it was one thing after another. Things were straightened out and I stayed with them. In February 2022 I called the headquarters and Norman agreed to leave one month's worth of credit in my account and get the outstanding money that I had in my account would be sent to me. Why can't this be simple hence a check. It took quite some time and eventually a credit card in my name was sent to me by a company called North Lane. What an absolute nightmare this company is. 3 days straight I attempted to create an account and log in on a cell phone. Every customer rep that I spoke to said wait until I get onto a desktop computer and I'll be able to log in. On day 4, I attempted this without any success whatsoever. I gave up! Now I have to wait up to 3 weeks to get a live check sent to me. Why couldn't this have been done to begin with?

There employee however was not distracted pocketing 450 of the 500$ cash I payed them. I never did pay that bill again. Worst part, they dinged my credit score.

That person also a non English speaker but slightly easier to understand ultimately said they would need to call us back because we needed to leave the house to pick up the kids. They said they would call back but they never did. Nothing about this makes me want to use buy or recommend T Mobile. Absolutely disgusting.
