Well they didn't have it in stock so it was going to be delivered in a couple weeks. No issue there. The issues started when we got the confirmation email an hour later saying the phone was in Cosmic Orange, so we called and they said we have to come back in so back into the car we get and drive 20 minutes back to AT&T for the second time in one day. We get there and they tell me there's nothing they can do since the order has already been processed. They tell me I have to wait until to orange phone is shipped to my house then I can bring that phone in and they will order my blue phone then. Okay that's annoying but whatever. The orange phone gets delivered and I drive BACK to AT&T, they tell me their system isn't letting them do a return so they will just order the blue phone and told me to keep the orange phone and bring it back in when my blue phone comes. So yet again another drive to AT&T with no help and no reason to drive there. Finally I got my blue phone, now I have both phone and I bring them back to AT&T, they take the orange and transfer everything to my new blue phone, finally I have my new phone and don't have to worry about this orange phone. Three days later I get an email saying I never turned in the orange phone! You HAVE to be joking me. I call Monday and they tell me there's no manger in the store and that they will back me back in an hour. No one ever called. I had to call two more times to get some help with an issue they caused. So at the end of this I drove to AT&T 5 times and asked for some type of compensation. They "waived" my fee of $35 dollars which won't be reflected till my next bill... I was told it would be returned to the card immediately. All in all I will NEVER go back to this AT&T, they don't pay attention to what they are doing and are very careless. I will drive hours to get to another AT&T before I even considered going back there

Aric has helped with my previous 13 PM sim issues, corrected other AT&T screw ups for me, and etc. Aric also helped me lower my internet bill, and wireless bill with upgrading devices. Ari is an amazing manager, and leader at the store. She's very blissful to be around, and overall cares for the customers. Great service, selection, and staff.

I had no clue the 17 was the latest version (got the regular one, not the pro). I had just looked up best value and went with that. The best value was the regular version, not the pro. Total price with a case and some fee about a phone transfer was low $900s. I just said, "F*** it!" Might as well be ahead for years after being behind for so long. The service was excellent, and it was a fairly simple process. I had been in this store in the spring and when I got locked out of my account, they actually made it worse. I didn't have a phone for three weeks. But it was the best three weeks of my life. So, all good. And this was a different employee. On this visit, Michael was patient, knowledge, and sure did like to keep the phone clean with that blue rag. I might start doing this myself. As far as negative reviews, always click on their account to see what they're all about. Every review is 1-star or 2-star for those reviewers. Just miserable and entitled people. My reviews are very balanced, and I'm giving you the truth. If you want a new iPhone, go here. If you want help with an iPhone problem, you might find it easier to go to one of those little non-affiliated shops in the area that use the word 'Apple' in their store name. You won't have to wait long and it will be a simple process. I definitely recommend this location for purchasing an iPhone.

During the holidays, it took three separate trips for me to get my laptop analyzed to have a new battery installed. Actually, I thought I was dropping it off, but the battery had to be ordered. A week later, I left my baby with Apple and am anxiously awaiting her safe return. I first visited Best Buy, but they needed to send my baby out for the repair. I had no option but to go to the Apple Store.

He told us after approximately 25 minutes that the order was still pending, that we should go to get something to eat, as he would text us when ready. We returned approximately 1 hour later and he told another associate to check our order. He could not locate an order I asked him if it was a practice, that Zeke would use my iPhone to place an order and he stated we may get a better offer thru our phone. They had to work with a associate at the front desk, in order to process our order They said it would take about 30-60 minutes to switch our old phones to new phones and recommended us to take phones home to activate. ASURION is an extremely difficult company to get your refund if you return your replacement phone. I lost my phone at the Mall so I called Asurion to get a replacement. The replacement deductable cost me $279. The following morning, I got a all from security at the Mall to say my phone had been turned in. GREAT! So two days later, I received the replacement phone from Asurion. I called to notify them that i would return the replacement phone that same day via UPS, and was told that my deductable of $279 would be refunded in 7-10 days. However, it's nearly a month later and i still have not received the refund. i've called Asurion 4 times about this and I continue to get various stories such as, "it takes two business cycles", "it takes 7-10 days (although I pointed out that it's been over 3 weeks)," and "I spoke to our claims department and they said your reimbursement has been filed." So I'm just telling you folks that Asurion gets their money up front to send you a new phone, but if you want a refund, don't hold your breath. Very disappointing to say the least. And if you view the other Yelp reviews on Asurion they have a horrible reputation. Try your own personal insurance to see if they cover your phone in the event of loss. It was a terrible decision for Verizon to use Asurion for insurance customer service needs. :+(

Instead, we were very pleasantly surprised by the high-quality and professionalism of the service that we received. We worked with Nate, who commented that he was new to the office, and we cannot speak more highly of the job that he did and helping us purchase and set up a new phone. He was cheerful, positive, and extremely patient dealing with a couple of septuagenarian, technically incompetent people. While we were there, we also noticed the other customer service people seem to be pleasant and handling customers with ease and grace. I would dismiss some of the bad reviews, as apparently spectrum has paid attention and has either given additional training or upgraded the staff at this location.     These guys are goons. They routinely increase the price, charge hidden fees, and barely provide the…read moreinternet connection you pay for. Quality goes down while the price goes up. The worst part is we are stuck with them because there is no other option. No competition so they never have to improve. Whenever they upgrade their own service or do any maintenance to their infrastructure, they charge you additional. Our bill went from $60 to $100 in the span of a year, while quality plummeted. Internet goes out for a few hours every week, usually at night. Zero customer service and quality control leaves the entire town screwed.

    I've definitely had some frustration with Verizon over the past week. It started when I upgraded my…read morephone through the My Verizon app. I was trying to do a store pickup but the phone I selected wasn't available for pickup so the system switched it to another model and I didn't catch it. Picked up my phone from this location, then got back home and realized the mistake when I took it out of the bag. A call to customer service sent me back to the store to do the exchange and I was told that the store rep could help me order the right phone. I went to the store early on a Tuesday, shortly after opening, and there were 2 customers being assisted plus 1 waiting ahead of me. I froze when I walked in and saw the number of people in the store - I was already running behind for work and debated whether to wait or return the next day since they close at 5:00 instead of the 7:00 time on the door. The manager walked over to me right away and put me on the list - so I stayed. I may have waited 10 minutes and it was my turn. The employee who helped me was very nice, he went above and beyond to help me RETURN the phone (they don't do exchanges) and told me if the credit was immediately issued to the account he would place the new order, although he warned it could take 24-48 hours. Fortunately the credit went back immediately and I was eligible to do another upgrade, which he processed for me with the phone I originally wanted. Unfortunately when I didn't receive any sort of confirmation, I chatted with a rep later that day and learned there was not actually an order in the system. I was able to order on my own later that night. My biggest complaint wasn't with this store - it's the poor customer service overall. A chat rep on the app told me to call customer service to do the exchange, the customer service rep two days later told me to go to the store to do the exchange, and the store rep didn't actually place the new order. It's almost like no one is speaking the same language. Also, I will say that my visit at the store was lengthy and I felt bad for the 3-4 people waiting behind me. It was mainly because the rep had to go to the back room to do any sort of processing opposed to having a tablet or computer to do those things on the floor. He had to go to the back to access my account, then later to print my receipts and was gone several minutes each time. This could be the setup for security reasons, I'm not sure - but it seems very out of date. I will say that the initial locker pickup process was very easy. I received a text message when my order was ready, then I simply went to the store, entered my phone number on the keypad and responded to the verification text I received. Inside the locker was my bag and I was all set. The lockers are inside the store, so you would have to go during normal business hours. The lockers are similar to Amazon lockers if you've ever used those before.

We were assured the recently acquired number had been canceled and disconnected. Just reviewed the new bill and discovered that the scam artists at this location never disconnected the new line as they told us they had.
