Well they didn't have it in stock so it was going to be delivered in a couple weeks. No issue there. The issues started when we got the confirmation email an hour later saying the phone was in Cosmic Orange, so we called and they said we have to come back in so back into the car we get and drive 20 minutes back to AT&T for the second time in one day. We get there and they tell me there's nothing they can do since the order has already been processed. They tell me I have to wait until to orange phone is shipped to my house then I can bring that phone in and they will order my blue phone then. Okay that's annoying but whatever. The orange phone gets delivered and I drive BACK to AT&T, they tell me their system isn't letting them do a return so they will just order the blue phone and told me to keep the orange phone and bring it back in when my blue phone comes. So yet again another drive to AT&T with no help and no reason to drive there. Finally I got my blue phone, now I have both phone and I bring them back to AT&T, they take the orange and transfer everything to my new blue phone, finally I have my new phone and don't have to worry about this orange phone. Three days later I get an email saying I never turned in the orange phone! You HAVE to be joking me. I call Monday and they tell me there's no manger in the store and that they will back me back in an hour. No one ever called. I had to call two more times to get some help with an issue they caused. So at the end of this I drove to AT&T 5 times and asked for some type of compensation. They "waived" my fee of $35 dollars which won't be reflected till my next bill... I was told it would be returned to the card immediately. All in all I will NEVER go back to this AT&T, they don't pay attention to what they are doing and are very careless. I will drive hours to get to another AT&T before I even considered going back there

He was incredibly helpful - he listened to my needs and shared helpful thoughts. He then assisted me with the purchase of a new phone and the setup. Then he offered for me to try the TMobile internet for free and was 100% correct when he told me it would be better than my previous provider. He saved me money and got me better internet for my home and business. Huge shout-out to Josh and to T-Mobile for being the best!!

I spent 2 hours on call with customer service, who kept assuring me "we're resolving your issue", for them to abruptly drop me, and redirect me to a new agent. He told us after approximately 25 minutes that the order was still pending, that we should go to get something to eat, as he would text us when ready. We returned approximately 1 hour later and he told another associate to check our order. He could not locate an order I asked him if it was a practice, that Zeke would use my iPhone to place an order and he stated we may get a better offer thru our phone. They had to work with a associate at the front desk, in order to process our order They said it would take about 30-60 minutes to switch our old phones to new phones and recommended us to take phones home to activate. Having read all the bad reviews, we were reluctant to go here to get a new iPhone, expecting the…read moreworst. Instead, we were very pleasantly surprised by the high-quality and professionalism of the service that we received. We worked with Nate, who commented that he was new to the office, and we cannot speak more highly of the job that he did and helping us purchase and set up a new phone. He was cheerful, positive, and extremely patient dealing with a couple of septuagenarian, technically incompetent people. While we were there, we also noticed the other customer service people seem to be pleasant and handling customers with ease and grace. I would dismiss some of the bad reviews, as apparently spectrum has paid attention and has either given additional training or upgraded the staff at this location. Dropped due to retirement an old phone number that we used to have and added a new one. We were assured the recently acquired number had been canceled and disconnected. Just reviewed the new bill and discovered that the scam artists at this location never disconnected the new line as they told us they had.

We ended up utilizing extra services that we didn't even plan on using. They will replace your key fob here with their kits that they sell. We paid about $40 - $60 (I cannot recall the exact amount now)for a kit and for them to replace the FOB and make sure that it was working. All in all - it was a successful visit.
