Horrible Service. I came in requesting a eSim. First they told me they don't do eSIMs and I told them they do. I got an eSIM for another phone done at this location. After 15 mins of talking and explaining what I wanted, my current SIM was canceled and I was given a NEW traditional SIM. When I asked why I was giving this, they told me that, that is what I requested. After explaining what I wanted, they told me they don't have them in stock. I asked if they could check to see if another store had them in stock. They gave me a phone number and told me to call the other store and check myself. Then the guy walked away. I came back a few hours later to try to get a sim card to work, (on a ATT Purchased phone) and asked to check to see if it was unlocked. They told me there is no way they can do that in store. I asked if we could try since I was already there. They said no. I have successfully switched to another phone company. ATT customer service at this location is awful. read more

I write this as I sit in the store waiting to just get a simple upgrade... They have a wait list and estimated an hour and a half to wait for buying or doing anything. I don't know why this store is so understaffed on a Friday. On the plus side they have chargers and free WiFi, which isn't bad. I guess? But still to do just a simple task of getting a new phone... Is a little bit ridiculous. I think rid store has gotten worse since I've last been here. It used to be an in and out ordeal, but I see a sales rep at the counter surfing on his tablet, and another attending to a customer. One that's just standing around. Who knows, maybe they're doing something important, but they have one person just to sign people in. Has the business model gone to the way apple does, and to have one person to greet customers and answer phones? As I was finally attended to, luckily this was what saved it. The sales person, was the same one that was working, so I guess the ridiculous amount of time I spent turned out with okay service. The problem was not the service, it was the way AT&T uses iPads to take down orders and write up information. Farewell to those days of using a computer, because that's old fasioned... Instead, let's break something that's not broken and move to iPads where the wireless signal is spotty and unreliable apps from AT&T. I swear, the amount of times that app crashed was quite amazing. So, I don't blame the customer service in there, I blame my wait on AT&T's amazing thought of fixing something that was never broken. My advice? If you plan to go to AT&T to do something like buy a phone, make sure you have some reading materials. This AT&T offers free wi-fi, so that's always good. read more

Horrible service. Don't assume services offered at other stores are also offered here. Called in advance and asked before going if trade in was possible, and both answers were yes. Tried to return phone in person because I've done it at this location before, but was told they don't offer that service anymore. Was told to check other ways by contacting customer service online myself, and was not helpful at all. Got the service at another location the same day, so it was an inconsistency not a service not provided. read more

Had the worst experience at this store, not only one time but three times. Was told a different scenario each time as to how I was going to be able to get off my parent's phone plan to get on my own. Was turned away two times and told to "do it at home" and the manager locked the door a hour early one day to not allow myself to get the service I needed one day. After finally getting a good store worker, 3 hours later we had a "semi" solved solution and manager said "not our problem". You'd think they'd want the business?! Terrible experience rude customer service rep Damon refused to take my return and couldnt be troubled to see how long the wait would be and didn't let me know there was a waitlist or help me get on it. Have been an att customer for years and never received such terrible service. The rep Damon should receive remedial training on the basics of customer service. read more

I am so freaking disgusted with AT&T all together.. My bill is never the amount I am quoted.. I have everything with them Internet cell phone and Uverse.. I was on hold trying to speak with a manager and was hung up on and then called back and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. I am looking for another provider... read more

FRAUD!!!!! Where do I begin. I am pleading for someone to listen to my situation, and to please help me!! Let me categorize the situation as having two discrete problems: 1) Being billed for services I never asked for or agreed to, 2) The worst customer service experience of my life today. 1) BEING BILLED FOR SERVICES I NEVER AGREED TO: Back story is this. In September of 2017, I decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T for my mobile phone service. I went to an AT&T store at my local mall, and began the dialogue with the Store Manager. The package he offered seemed good enough to make the decision to switch from Verizon to AT&T. On top of it all, he offered to "throw in DIRECTV for only $10/month!" I never watch basic cable and "cut the cord" years ago, but I thought hey, for $10/month, sure, sign me up. We switched our phones over, and everything was fine. We then received a call from DIRECTV to setup the cable service, which we assumed was the next step for the $10/month service we were offered. So we scheduled the appointment, they arrived, installed the cable boxes, and life went on. We never use the basic cable / DIRECTV, but again, I didn't think anything of it for the low cost. That is until I received an email this morning saying "YOUR SERVICES WILL BE TERMINATED." So I immediately opened the email, and saw that I apparently owed $250 for DIRECTV. Well that didn't sound right ... I was under the assumption that I since I had been paying my AT&T Bill on time each month, that I shouldn't have any outstanding bills, much less something as large as $250 for something that should have cost only $10/month! So I immediately called customer service (I'll get to that in my next point below). From talking with representative, apparently they were able to find evidence of the $10/month promotion, but that was only for an online streaming service (DIRECTV NOW, maybe? ... I don't know, as I've never used the service). But that the in-home service was $55/month (and would be more when that promotion ended!). HOW DID I GET SIGNED UP FOR THIS ADDITIONAL SERVICE??? Is this FRAUD?? Was is very concerning is that the AT&T rep ("Mike" was his name ... his boss was "Andrew"), no longer works for AT&T. Did he sign me up for something that I didn't ask for, intentionally? Or was this just some oversight, miscommunication, or mistake? Well, I would hope that DIRECTV customer service could help to find some of these answers. Which brings me to my next point. 2) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE: I have now spent nearly 3 hours out of my day, trying to understand why I was billed in the first place for something I didn't sign up for, and to resolve the situation. I've had to speak to 5 different customer service reps by calling the 1-800-531-5000 number, they dropped my call once, no one could initially understand what was going on (they tried to cancel my Cell phone service at first??), and then when I finally asked to speak to a supervisor, things got really bad. All the supervisor did was argue with me! They said "well, we've been sending you emails" as if that is defense enough for robbing someone of $650. I have never received, opened, or read any emails that would explain any of this. Again, my assumption was that I was paying my $10/month charge when I was paying my AT&T bill. Which is a fair assumption given how I entered into this who arrangement. And that I was never expecting to receive bills from DIRECTV! So any email that might have said "your bill is due", was irrelevant to me considering I was paying my bills through the online MyATT app (or so I thought). Whoever is reading this has to understand, there is no malice here or false intent. I never knowingly signed anything or confirmed receipt of these services at such a cost. And I feel that I have been duped into this situation! And of all people, I would think that your Customer Service team would be the ones to listen and understand the situation and work to defend the rights and perspective of the customer. My experience was the complete opposite. The supervisor was argumentative, completely dismissed my claim, said I owned the full amount (fine), and then proceeded to tell me that I owe them another $380 for terminating services that I never asked for! THIS IS UNJUST AND UNFAIR AND FEELS LIKE I'M BEING BULLIED BY A COMPANY TO FRAUDULENTLY STEAL MY MONEY! Please someone hear my plea. I'll continue to escalate this matter as far as I have to until someone can listen. Please let me know if I need to take this up to the DIRECTV Legal team. read more

The wait time here is horrible. I was greeted at the door by a lady with an iPad before I could barely step inside. She took my name and the reason for my visit and told me there were "3 people ahead of me". This resulted in an hour wait with no where to sit! One family of 8 actually took the table by the window and got takeout from Moe's and had lunch while they waited, then let their 2 kids play tag in the store. Management didn't seem to care. The employees would disappear in the back. At one point the manager actually poked his head through the door and I heard him say "What are you guys doing back here?" We selected the phone we wanted but when it was finally our turn we learned it was out of stock!! Rather than get back in line we left. Our legs were tired from all that standing. read more

AT&T 1GBIT Fiber Reality Check: true speed I got was a max of 160 Mbit down (around 16% of what it should be). Too sad. I had been looking forward to the AT&T FO product and jumped on it as soon as it became available in my neighborhood. Reality is: in order to get any discounts between Internet & Mobile Services, you need to buy TV as well (a third contract), and all they will sell you is DirectTV. Unless you are willing to have a satellite dish mounted to your house, you have no alternative with AT&T (at least that is what AT&T told me ). I think, they just try to shove you a Sat TV down your throat because of the decline in Sat TV connections. Cable TV is suffering from chord cutters as well, but Satellite TV must be on crushed in the current markets. So, they'll try to avoid bringing up the difference and despite a customer asking for Cable TV service, sending a crew with a satellite dish to mount to the roof and then tell you that they mean Satellite TV when they say Cable TV (so happened to me today!). Despite asking a sales rep in a store for a print out of an order they placed based for you, you won't get one. Therefore you won't be able to check if the order is what you actually wanted. They will also not tell you anything about the install process. I asked if it was really possible to hook both my TVs up (downstairs and upstairs) and was assured that it was, so it went into the order. The install crew then later said that only the downstairs TV could be hooked up and that I'd have to pay extra for a wireless tuner if I wanted the upstairs TV hooked up as well. All in all, with their Fiber Optic Internet Speed no higher than 160 Mbit - it simply isn't worth the trouble. I was very happy to get a Fiber Optic connection - which is all I wanted. Now I have 160 Mbit down speed and around 100 Mbit up, an ugly satellite dish on the roof for Satellite TV I actually don't need or want, two holes in the outer and inner walls of my house (because the first hole that was drilled turned out to be in such a bad location, utilizing 10+ year old phone wiring in the house for the last 30 feet of the connection to the modem), and several hundred feet of fiber optic cable sprawled out across my front lawn all around the house (now laying there above ground since a week!). When I tried to get the sales rep to understand what happened, and why I had asked for a print out of the order and more details in the first place (which I did not receive), I was given the store manager's phone number who does not pick up. So, I guess, the AT&T will just leave hundreds of feet of cable spread out around my house for how long? (days, weeks, months, no one knows or can tell!), and keep charging me full price despite only receiving 16% of the order and paid speed, and never provide a single explanation to it all. I couldn't sleep at night if I ran my businesses this way and provided this level of service. read more

Last week we decided to replace our outdated phones with new smart phones. The person who helped us was very informative and answered all our questions. Even though the phone we wanted was discontinued and they were unable to sell anything to us, he found another store that still had our phone in stock. I highly recommend this AT&T. read more
