I'll definitely be returning for any future repair needs.

Didn't feel judged, and they were honest with me about the situation (small scratch on camera itself, cost, recommendation, etc). The primary drawback to this place was parking. I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

So I agreed to have the original screen installed. Once fixed I found out of course it was not an original Apple part and the quality was not as they promised!!! They gave me an estimate right on the spot (so it was that easy?) and I asked to speak to a manager due to the bad follow through. The response was "the manager is gone can you call him tomorrow?". That was more than enough assurance that my business was not wanted.

After 15 mins of talking and explaining what I wanted, my current SIM was canceled and I was given a NEW traditional SIM. When I asked why I was giving this, they told me that, that is what I requested. After explaining what I wanted, they told me they don't have them in stock. I asked if they could check to see if another store had them in stock. They gave me a phone number and told me to call the other store and check myself. Then the guy walked away. I came back a few hours later to try to get a sim card to work, (on a ATT Purchased phone) and asked to check to see if it was unlocked. They told me there is no way they can do that in store. I asked if we could try since I was already there. They said no. I have successfully switched to another phone company. ATT customer service at this location is awful.

This happened April 2017, it's been six months and I finally got my iphone fixed. To be honest I'm super cheap! A screen repair is expensive! Over the past six months, I researched businesses that will repair a iPhone 6S along with the prices. The cost ranges from $90 to $130 for screen repairs. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM.
