Update: We ended up dropping Kinetic by Windstream. The internet continued going in and out. I emailed them as asked to, but never received a response. To their credit though, they credited us the entire last month. Was waiting to receive the bill to update this and it came today. So, I gave them a 2nd star for doing the right thing, but the service still sucked.

Top to bottom this is a terrible poorly run business. I have loved TMobile at every other location I've been to and the service in general. This place LOVES to sell its customers $10 activation cards (that mysteriously can ONLY be paid in cash) that lock the customer in to whatever BS promo they're selling on that particular day. Only location I've ever been to that REQUIRES cash. I asked other T-Mobile stores about requiring cash and they refuted it, happily took cards. This specific location on two separate occasions added stuff to my account (like those $10 cards) mid-conversation without approval then in two separate visits I was told verbatim "we can't let you leave without buying that card, with cash". The first time I thought it was inappropriate, the second time was after the store had closed with the metal gate mostly closed and felt like KIDNAPPING. I have debated whether to seek legal council on the matter. Suffice to say I will NEVER go back in that store and would suggest no one else go either.
