He is the reason I'm giving this business three stars. Unfortunately, my interaction with Mr. Knox was disappointing. During my visit, he expressed the opinion that security measures like strong passwords, two-factor authentication, email or SMS verification, and facial recognition aren't worthwhile because "hackers are going to hack you anyway." As someone who values protecting my personal information, I found that advice concerning. I believe encouraging customers to use strong security practices is important, especially when working on their computers and accounts. Stopped in last night around 7pm to get my iPhone X replaced due to screen becoming frozen and…read moreinoperable. Spent damn near 2 hours in store being "helped" by a pair of workers who were totally inept. These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly. To think that two heads are better than one was SO NOT the case last night! I would have given a FAT ZERO for customer service but the review must at least register a one. Trust me Drew, you guys are definitely a zero chief!

Professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Brandon was able to get me on a better plan for me and my family. He took the time to look for the best plan for me. My new monthly bill never went up AND I got the new version 16 iphone and a new iPad. I had to pay a few bucks for the case and protector but that's it. Overall I was very happy. If there was anything I would like to see it would be sales representative consistency. Establishing a sales representative that you can reach out to and vice versa wod be great.

I haven't broken the hold Apple has on my wife, so we went to the store to get her another one. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Saheed. He entertained my argument on why Andriods are better. I truly think he wants to convert and I think I can get him there. He also walked us through the phone exchange and explained their new home internet promotion. We signed up because Verizon had a 30 day trial. Fast forward 3 weeks. We had to return the home internet box because it could not handle all our devices. Saheed was busy with another customer. So, his coworker called the Verizon office to start the cancelation process. Yet, Saheed took over once he finished with the first customer. After we received confirmation that my service was canceled, Saheed went above and beyond to return the internet box to FedEx for us. Yet, Verizon charged us for the box. Saheed quickly found out that Verizon's receiving department had not processed our return. He then called repeatedly over several weeks until Verizon removed, we'll credited our account. It was truly the best customer service for a bad experience.

It was under water for a few minutes before we were able to get it out. You could literally see water under the screen, in the camera lenses in the back, and water was trapped inside. We tried to dry it out hoping it was salvageable, but it was turning off and back on constantly. I ended up having to do an early upgrade on my plan because I'm a Realtor and can't work without a phone. I was in shock when I realized my new phone didn't have my contacts on it... My contacts were somehow saved under an email account I had back in 2014. The email was no longer active and I was in freak out mode. I called 9 other shops looking for help, and none of them felt like they could help me. Thank God I Googled iPhone repair shops and these guys came up! I called and they were super confident that they could help get my phone working enough for me to get my contacts transferred to my new phone. They did even better than that.... They got my contacts transferred over AND got my phone back working 100%. Y'all, they literally saved my real estate business. I was in a bind not having contact info for clients, vendors, and other agents... I'm super thankful these guys took the time to get this done for me.
