Need more representatives, takes way to long to purchase a phone charger. shouldn't take longer than 10 min to ring me up

The staff are friendly but in the end I didn't get what they had promised and when I called to complain, they were clueless. I wanted solutions and they didn't give me any. I recommend you try not only to sell but to help resolve failures when they arise. I now remain frustrated and worse since I've been to the store 4 days ago. read more

Instead of completing the simple task that would take five seconds, I was told I have to wait behind the 3 people in front of me that wanted to buy phones. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. They stand around & play on their phones instead of helping out costumers. the store had 4 employees (3 of them were helping someone) and the fourth was just on their phone. I was standing there for 20+ minutes and no one helped me out. read more

Make sure you go to the T-Mobile off of 6th street the customer service is much better and their store policy is not to waive any restocking fee here...6th street T-Mobile not only took me serious and listened to the problem they actually waived the restocking fee. Also they completely lied about the service being available in lake arrowhead... Would definitely recommend the 6th street T-Mobile as I will never come to this store again! read more

Worst service, for one they didn't even greet me at the door or acknowledge that I had been standing there for a good 15 minutes and they had an available agent just standing there gossiping. They don't care about their current customers they only care for sales. Yes I know that's how the employees make money but don't say they can help current customers with issues at this location if they can't, the employees need to be retrained. The issue with my service was not resolved I am extremely dissatisfied with this T mobile store. Who is running this joke of a store? Even the one at galleria which is much much more busy has the decency to greet their customers. Total waste of time I recommend you find another location if you plan on going here read more

I needed my sim changed from full sized to nano quickly because my phone broke and I was switching to a temporary one. This T-mobile store not only made me wait 45 minutes when they weren't even very busy, but they also charged me $16 for a new sim instead of just cutting mine smaller. Bad experience. read more

Customer service plain stupid , i was trying to upgrade my phone this girl was telling me that my balance was 300 dollars and i need to pay that to get my upgrade, so i paid it hoping to get a new phones for family , just for her to tell me that i need to pay anothor 500 dollars !!!! Fucking stupid couldnt tell me that before i made my payment that i could have paid on time im suppose to. Didnt even end upgrading my phone . I have to say this T Mobile location treated me with the respect even though I did a impulse buy. All store associates treated me like they have known me forever. Staff was ordering pizza and asked if I wanted some? So nice and everyone had a smile. Brandon C is AWESOME. I can't talk enough he knew I was on a budget and helped me get what I needed. His customer service was excellent and people skills same. He is a good person and great store associate. read more

I had been wanting to break up with Sprint for a while but kept putting it off because I wasn't thrilled by the thought of spending a long day at the phone store dealing with sales ppl who are usually more concerned with selling me stuff than my overall benefit (hence my horrible 2 year experience with Sprint). However, to my surprise I went into this T-Mobile location and I can't even explain how impressed I was with the service I received. Dylan helped me, emphasis on the word HELPED!! He was really professional but also personable, which made the time seem to fly by. What I appreciate most was that he used the time to actually teach me about the phone and how to use my first wireless headset. The time spent was not a drag at all!!! I have to give a shout out to the staff at that location they really seem to have good energy! Michael, I hope that's his name, came over a couple times to check on me when Dylan was busy on the phone doing the set up! The overall experience was painless and I am completely satisfied with new service. If you dread visiting the phone store I recommend this location ask for Dylan, you won't regret it!! read more
