Nessia provided outstanding customer service at T-Mobile! He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I got exactly what I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. As a bonus, the World Cup was on while I waited, so the time flew by! Every time I come to this T-Mobile location, for the most part, all of the staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience, and Nessia's exceptional service made this visit even better. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this location. I went to TMoble to pickup my replacement phone, met with Maria she ask to see my id, I gave my ID and and she scanned it without informing me what she was doing, when I complained that I did not want my ID scammed without my permission Maria started to shout at me and when I told not to shout at me, she said she would not serve me, there was another gentleman there he told me to come the next day to meet the manager as he could not help me. Maria was very rude and shouting loudly even though I told her not to shout several times. I will not recommend this store to anyone I have been a TMoble customer for over 15 years read more

The wait here is ridiculous , yall should hire a few more people , I get trying to have customer experience I get that 100% , but some people aren't coming for maintenance or to purchase a device , some just come to get a charger or something that doesn't require all this unnecessary wait time . read more

I just want to give kudos out to Yasmin at T-Mobile. I almost switched over to spectrum because the deal they were offering and believe me when it goes total tow. It was not truly a deal to switch and Jasmin and her wonderful customer service pointed out the good points to stay with T-Mobile. I'm so glad she was so honest and kept me on the right track. Thank you so much Yasmin read more

Don't even waste your time. I've been assisted one successful time here and every other time has been a nightmare. The last visit i was in there for 1 hr and 40 mins and was not helped. I wanted two watches and the reps kept going to other customers while my account was open and i was here first but just patiently waiting. Kept going to the back for long times and leaving me waiting. They did apologize but just assist me and im ok. I cancelled everything and i won't be returning. read more

Great service when we did finally receive it. We have visited this store for help with our phone twice in the past few weeks and both times we have waited for over an hour to be helped, along with several people behind us in line. They really need more employees working... However, their manager working that night was extremely helpful and friendly. She was doing her absolute best to make sure everyone was greeted at the door and was added to the wait list. She was even jumping back and forth between me and another customer to make sure we were all being helped. I truly appreciated the great customer service. Thank you! read more

Phil was able to solve my phone issues and was very good at figuring out the problem. Most importantly , he was very kind - great customer service. Solved my Apple and Android issue. read more

Felicia at the T-Mobile Store in Corona off Griffin/McKinley was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Last Saturday I called and she was disrespectful in connecting me to an employee. In the past, she doesn't seem to be very warm to anyone who asks questions. We have many choices for cell phone carriers so when T-Mobile starts hiring people, keep that in mind, when it comes to smiling and providing proper service to customers, Please provide her with some training and manners. Thank you read more

I have mixed feelings about this location... I had been a customer with T-mobile years ago and I can't remember why I changed services, I just remembered having a good experience with them. Anyway, I've decided to get rid of my current Serivce and go back to T-Mobile. When I walked in, there was a gentleman at the door to greet me and a lady sitting behind the counter that greeted me as well. Now, I've worked in retail for many years and customer service has always been something I've pride myself and my team to be excellent in. So, I was impressed with their professionalism when I entered, they were not robotic but genuine. Once I approached the lady behind the counter, I explained to both of them, that I was looking to get service with them but wanted to purchase an iWatch and wanted to have service thru the watch only, I know that's a thing because i almost did that a year ago. I continued to explain that I didn't want a new phone that I already had a fairly new one but need to finish paying it off with my last phone service and that I eventually would come back and have it hooked up thru t-mobile and just wanted the iWatch and the service for now. Both the gentleman and Lady said that wasn't possible, that I need to purchase a phone so that the watch could have phone service thru the phone. They also mentioned that they could pay off my phone but I would have to surrender my current phone and purchase another one, which made no sense to me because the remainder balance of my phone was the same price of the new phone and I will still continue to pay for a phone and would be in a contract which, I also explained to them that I wanted a month to month plan, felt like they weren't listening to my needs and tried to up sale me. Anyway, when I told them that I didn't want that, and their whole demeanor changed. The gentleman suddenly went from a smile to a disappointing look and walked away, I was the only one in the store so it wasn't like he was going to go help someone else. The lady just gave me her card and said to come and see her when I made up my mind on what I wanted. Lol I thought to myself, I know what I want but Ok! So, I came back a few days ago, once I paid off my current phone, and have it hooked up with t-mobile. The Lady who was helping me, looked annoyed but I don't believe it was with me, she was helpful thru my whole time I was there and so was another gentleman who also helped me during that visit as well. Actually don't remember his name other than that he was an air force veteran. He was actually the best customer service representative there and the reason why I gave them a rating of four stars vs 2stars. read more

I went to the mckinley store in Corona ca. for a replacement phone and was met by Kayla, Alicia and Daniel. These employees were extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond in helping me. One of the biggest things was transferring my old phone information to my new one, as I have important work documents. Without hesitation, these ladies were kind and helpful, taking time out of there day to help me, after i had already purchased my new phone. Thanks T mobile and i hope these ladies get promotions, which they deserve. Bobby MacNider read more

There was a discrepancy in my phone bill. I went in to see if it could be resolved. I spoke to April and Liz, associate and manager respectively, and they were extremely helpful. April and Liz made sure I felt heard, understood my issue, cleared up my confusion, and when they couldn't resolve it then and there that same day promised to call me back on a Thursday. I figured 'yeah right' but to my surprise Liz called me back on Thursday as she said she would and explained to me that she discussed my issue with her district manager/corporate and was able to resolve my problem! I was so surprised I got a call back and am so grateful for Liz and April for helping me. T-mobile would have lost me as a customer if my issue were not resolved. But thanks to the great effort on both April and Liz's part I am an extremely happy customer and would recommend T-mobile to my friends and family. 5/5. I continue my service with T-mobile thanks to great people like Liz and April!! read more

The people at this store helped me install a screen protector and didn't charge me anything. Even though they were busy, they helped me with my issues and did so happily. I was greeted by Liz who was amazing. I had issues for two months going back and fourth from T-mobile to Apple. I live in Whittier and tried every store where I live and no answer. I also tried the T-Mobile by the Tyler mall and got the same results as Whittier. I'm so happy and pleased with this location especially with Liz. Very bad customer service. This is the very first time felt awful when I spent over $400. The sales person served us seems not happy because we didn't buy iPhone he mentioned. When we asked what type of iPhone they have, he answered iPhone 11 &12. Then we asked SE, then he said yes. Obviously he tried to navigate us to buy expensive ones. No thank you or nothing to customers. Very bad. I will tell everyone not to go this store. read more

Many things can be said about this store but customer satisfaction is not one of them. I had no intentions of walking out with a phone, nonetheless three phones. I was informed by the manager Lizz Lomelí That T-Mobile was having one of the best promotions when it came to iPhones. She noticed I was intrigued so she had one of her employees Henoch continue explaining the promotion. The promotion was so good that I finance three iPhone 11 prom max and I can say that I'm doing this post with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The customer service that these two individuals gave made me feel so special that I have to recommend everyone to the store. So if you're reading this post and you have read others that are negative I guarantee you the people that gave a negative review are just Debbie downers. Make sure you ask for LIZZ and HENOCH read more

My mom and I had just come from having a bad experience at Verizon where we were originally customers. We came in to this T Mobil just to see what our other options were. When we first walked in we were promptly greeted Liz who was very friendly. We explained our situation to her and she was very transparent about the prices and the process. We decided we were going to switch from Verizon to t Mobil as well as buy a couple of new phones since they had an amazing sale going on. Nicole was another associate who helped us during this process. Both Liz and Nicole were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my mom and I. Not only did we get a great deal on new phones but we also were able to cut our phone bill in half from switching from verizon. read more

I went in to inquire about an iPhone 11 pro and Thalia how ever that's spelled anyhow she was very unprofessional and I ask her about my trade in I came from Verizon to t-mobile I have the iPhone XR 64 gigabytes and I ask if I can do a trade in since my iPhone is unlocked and completely payed off and she said with sarcasm my phone is worth less than 200 what every other company gives over 300 she did not even look she just threw a number out there so much for the special order this is not the first time she treated my mom the same way and we are new customers!!!!! I'm calling HR or customer service I don't think T-mobile should hire unprofessional people like her also be in my shoes I'm sure anyone would not want that same service What's her problem!!!!!Is my money not good here????? Standing in this store as I write this. I stopped by the store as I am planning in adding some devices for Christmas and was not greeted. Understandably so since all associates where with customers and there was a man in front of me. I started walking around the showroom waiting for someone to add me to their guest list per usual when visiting a tmobile store and there is a wait. After 10 minutes an employee walked up to me with a box of masks and said " Everyone needs to be wearing a mask in here bud". My first issue with this is the unprofessionalism of calling me bud? Second is the fact that instead of asking why I was here or adding me to the wait list all he cared about was giving me a mask. I told him I had my own mask and he walked away. I have still nit been helped as I've been in the store 17 min now and am walking out and will try another store with hopefully better customer service. read more

This location rocks. It is always busy but they greet you at entry and move the lines fairly quickly. Staff is always super nice and extra helpful. You can tell they care about Tmobile and want you stick with their brand. This is a full store so they can handle whatever need you have. Plenty of parking available as store is located in parking lot of 99 Ranch market and big shopping center. I love the Tmobile Tuesday freebies and when you need to grab one from the store, this location has never failed me for having plenty of the items they are giving away. We utilize this store for all our Tmobile needs. read more
