Jorge is a cell phone messiah. He has come to sacrifice his time so that we can have decent cell phone reception at a great price. This guy can seriously do anything. I was having a terrible day with T-Mobile trying to port an existing cell number from Verizon. The number was from an employer sponsored plan and needed a few hoops to jump through. Now, T-Mobile as a whole still needs help. I feel that "customer first" is a thing of the past. There was a time where we called the back office and they wouldn't help us! So he tried again and got someone that was helpful and we got the number over. The real reason Jorge gets 5 stars is the whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. Today I took my twin 12 year olds in to get them some new phones. Walked in the door and Jaime came over to help us. She and I had spoken about a week before and she remembered me. I thought that was awesome. Made me feel special in a way. Then she took us over to a booth and answered all of my questions and provided amazing feedback on the products that we were interested in. She then was so awesome and took the boys over to pick out their phone cases. Next she sold us the new Samsung Galaxy S5's. Customer service is important to me and the service that we received from Jaime was amazing. The store is always clean and everyone is super friendly. Hands down one of the best t-mobile stores that I've been too. I ordered my new phone online and got sent the wrong phone. Took it into the store to see what they could do in store or if I had to send it back and wait another two weeks for the right phone. Elizabeth and Gabby where the two that helped me out. They assisted me with calling the customer care line, they worked their magic and BAM! They where able to get me the right the phone! Worst experience ever from ANY in-store mobile carrier. Expected much better service for a potential new customer, but apparently this location does not care about customers. The sales associate (won't mention the name) gave misleading info and when I questioned her and asked more questions (sales people generally lie), she became upset and hostile. Came in just to buy a new phone. We were repeatedly harassed by two employees for not buying a case through them and for not going through their monthly device insurance plan. They would not let up. While I understand the appeal of commission, it should not deter from the customer experience. If the customer consistently says no, then don't keep pushing. Giving my visit 5 stars! Those 5 stars go to Dylan.. I was switching over carriers and had a journey ahead of us! Not going to go into details (way too much to write down) but 2 whole days of complicated system problems he got it done. Went in due to a damaged screen, worked with Edgar, very poor customer service, he made fun of the situation I was in, I have insurance on my phone, was not allowed to use my insurance unless I paid $300.00 for my phone, that's rediculous, then kept dropping my damaged phone on the desk, the screen then went out fully, I asked him to speak to a manager he said he is busy when he was standing by the cash register watching other employees he went and got him, manager David came over I spoke to him about my issue he said buy another phone, he kept trying to sell me a refurbished phone, not a new one, when I finally made up my mind on the phone I wanted he refused to sell me a phone, he said it's 8:00pm they are watching my cameras, I am refusing your business, this store is lame and customer service sucks, and they over charge what other stores charge, it's a good SCAM they are doing there read more

Got two phones here a couple of years ago. They offered me a third line/SIM card for tablet use. I told them no thanks as I didn't have a tablet and had no use for it. They threw it in anyway. I asked them to take it back and they said it was no charge, maybe a friend could use it. Talked with a customer service rep who told me that it wasn't free and I had been paying for it for 2 1/2 years. She refunded the entire amount. Also during that initial purchase the sales guy told me we could t leave the store without a case. Son wanted an otter box, sales guy said they didn't make them for this phone. The mall had them. Avoid these places like the plague. At&t , Verizon and even Sprint are better options. They will rip you off!!! Aside from never receiving what I payed for every representative I have ever talked to was extremely rude and condescending. Every time I call or walk into one of these locations I end up spending hours inside (even when just simply paying a bill) dealing with with these rude representatives. You will not be able to talk to half your family and you will lose money if you're trying to run a business and use their service. Also never gift one of these to anyone because you will surely disappoint them and cause your self heartache. I have never in my life worked this hard to spend my money.
