Switched from a Verizon over two years ago and have never looked back. I have six lines and have only ever had one issue with the service and that was over the phone. This location is usually very busy but worth the wait if you're talking wit Jorge. Highly recommend you wait for him as he won't steer you wrong and will give you all the information. Honest guy and hard working read more

Diane was amazing‼ It was stressful in the beginning but she made sure I was all set at the end of the day. The conversations were sincere and I enjoyed every moment. Transferring over from Sprint AT&T to now T Mobile I've finally have a team and carrier I can trust thanks to Diane. McKinley location team is amazing overall. read more

Today I took my twin 12 year olds in to get them some new phones. Walked in the door and Jaime came over to help us. She and I had spoken about a week before and she remembered me. I thought that was awesome. Made me feel special in a way. Then she took us over to a booth and answered all of my questions and provided amazing feedback on the products that we were interested in. She then was so awesome and took the boys over to pick out their phone cases. Next she sold us the new Samsung Galaxy S5's. Customer service is important to me and the service that we received from Jaime was amazing. The store is always clean and everyone is super friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone that really wants to have good service. read more

Hands down one of the best t-mobile stores that I've been too. I ordered my new phone online and got sent the wrong phone. Took it into the store to see what they could do in store or if I had to send it back and wait another two weeks for the right phone. Elizabeth and Gabby where the two that helped me out. They assisted me with calling the customer care line, they worked their magic and BAM! They where able to get me the right the phone! The store was busy that night, but they still managed to multitask not leaving one customer upset or annoyed! Thank you Elizabeth and Gabby y'all rocked it and now I got my phone! EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR TO BOTH OF YOU! :) Johnny was also doing an outstanding job tending to his customers. Dillon was off to the side helping another customer also doing great! Pretty much a great evening crew!! read more

Bad customer service. They don't even make eye contact. Who is coming who is going they don't care. They start with hey what's up. What you here for paying bill. Before you even ask anything they have answers ready for you. read more

Jorge is a cell phone messiah. He has come to sacrifice his time so that we can have decent cell phone reception at a great price. This guy can seriously do anything. I was having a terrible day with T-Mobile trying to port an existing cell number from Verizon. The number was from an employer sponsored plan and needed a few hoops to jump through. Now, T-Mobile as a whole still needs help. I feel that "customer first" is a thing of the past. There was a time where we called the back office and they wouldn't help us! So he tried again and got someone that was helpful and we got the number over. The real reason Jorge gets 5 stars is the whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. He was there with me every step of the way. And he was a great conversation in the meantime. Thank you Jorge for all that you do! You're the man! read more

Worst experience ever from ANY in-store mobile carrier. Expected much better service for a potential new customer, but apparently this location does not care about customers. The sales associate (won't mention the name) gave misleading info and when I questioned her and asked more questions (sales people generally lie), she became upset and hostile. Do not blindly trust what the sales people tell u. Verify. Otherwise u will get screwed. Stay away from this location. You have been warned. read more

Leionna was wonderful! She was great both on the phone and helping me in person. She is precise, knowledgeable, kind, and easy going. Thanks T mobile! read more

I came in today for a simple upgrade on an old phone, and I was fortunate enough to meet Octavio who not only made the process painless and easy, but also gave me the BEST hookup i've hd since being a Tmobile customer (7+ years)! Long story short, I walked out with 3 new phones and a ton of accessories for them! On top of that, i will be saving on my monthly bill! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRR!!!! read more

I have to give credit where credit is due! I am way to lazy to write reviews and I even closed my previous account because I didn't really use yelp, but I had to come back to share the awesome service my family and I received from Manuel. First thing first he is super patient!! He was considerate and explained every little detail and at no time made us feel rushed nor showed any signs of frustration.. which is a miracle. I don't think I could have handled it if I was in his shoes. He went above and beyond to text me the next day in order to confirm everything was complete.. and was responsive in any questions that I had. Awesome awesome service! Thank you Manuel! read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley today at this store! I came with the sole intention of getting my dad a be phone, being that he lost his phone this morning in Korea. Ashley not only helped me get a new phone, but she also helped me bring down my monthly bill with some minor adjustments! More than I bargained for! The best T Mobile experience I have had to date, and I've been a customer for over 10 years! Please, if you go to this store, ask for Ashley! read more

Came into the store looking to upgrade my old iPhone to the IPhone 11. A helpful employee, Manny, assisted me. Found out the offer value to trade in my phone had ended. I was pretty disappointed but Manny looked up all the alternative specials they were offering. I ended finding a great deal thanks to his help. He ran through the differences in specs between the IPhone 11 models and helped me with a payment plan that I was happy with. Definitely recommend getting assistance from Manny! I Super helpful, patient, well informed, and does his absolute best to make sure you walk out satisfied :) read more

The employee's were nice and very helpful and it was very easy to switch phones. They didn't have the color of the s21 that I wanted but that didn't bother me. read more

Came in just to buy a new phone. We were repeatedly harassed by two employees for not buying a case through them and for not going through their monthly device insurance plan. They would not let up. While I understand the appeal of commission, it should not deter from the customer experience. If the customer consistently says no, then don't keep pushing. We left the store with the device we wanted but had a negative experience buying it. read more

Giving my visit 5 stars! Those 5 stars go to Dylan.. I was switching over carriers and had a journey ahead of us! Not going to go into details (way too much to write down) but 2 whole days of complicated system problems he got it done. Dylan was extremely patient and stayed positive and was determined to get this done. The assistant manager David was of extreme help as well..on day 2, I was getting very frustrated and impatient..and they were both very dedicated to my situation. Staff there was very friendly, as I watched them interact with other customers. Thank you..great job guys..and we LOVE OUR PHONES! read more

Worst customer service manager claim to have a list which was to stay in order to help us out and they skipped us 2 times her name is Andria the store manager, claimed to keep the list in order from her notepad but didn't at all very shady for them to be helping out other before us especially when we have patiently been waiting for more then one hour and was skipped two times, I will also be reporting her to corpate very unprofessional and is a bad example for her other workers read more

Never thought a phone carrier store could make switching phones fun. Other company representatives pressure you into the hottest deals or best new devices, but MICHAEL was straight to the point and made the experience fun! Went in due to a damaged screen, worked with Edgar, very poor customer service, he made fun of the situation I was in, I have insurance on my phone, was not allowed to use my insurance unless I paid $300.00 for my phone, that's rediculous, then kept dropping my damaged phone on the desk, the screen then went out fully, I asked him to speak to a manager he said he is busy when he was standing by the cash register watching other employees he went and got him, manager David came over I spoke to him about my issue he said buy another phone, he kept trying to sell me a refurbished phone, not a new one, when I finally made up my mind on the phone I wanted he refused to sell me a phone, he said it's 8:00pm they are watching my cameras, I am refusing your business, this store is lame and customer service sucks, and they over charge what other stores charge, it's a good SCAM they are doing there read more

Got two phones here a couple of years ago. They offered me a third line/SIM card for tablet use. I told them no thanks as I didn't have a tablet and had no use for it. They threw it in anyway. I asked them to take it back and they said it was no charge, maybe a friend could use it. Talked with a customer service rep who told me that it wasn't free and I had been paying for it for 2 1/2 years. She refunded the entire amount. Also during that initial purchase the sales guy told me we could t leave the store without a case. Son wanted an otter box, sales guy said they didn't make them for this phone. The mall had them. T mobile is awesome but do your research, like any other salesman interaction, don't trust the info they give you. Super disappointed in this store. Every interaction was dishonest read more

Avoid these places like the plague. At&t , Verizon and even Sprint are better options. They will rip you off!!! Aside from never receiving what I payed for every representative I have ever talked to was extremely rude and condescending. Every time I call or walk into one of these locations I end up spending hours inside (even when just simply paying a bill) dealing with with these rude representatives. You will not be able to talk to half your family and you will lose money if you're trying to run a business and use their service. Also never gift one of these to anyone because you will surely disappoint them and cause your self heartache. I have never in my life worked this hard to spend my money. I have never ,at any point in my life, felt more ripped off and disappointed in a financial decision. Do yourself a favor and just stay clear of T-mobile. read more
