We were the first to arrive today, and Emi, the employee, attended us great We purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and she offered to replace our home internet router because we have a plan that includes both. The router replacement was free for a newer one with better internet. We had to order the iPhone I wanted because they were out of stock (which is understandable). It's coming to the house, and when it arrives, I'll come with Emi, and she'll transfer all my data to the phone. The store was super clean and organized. There was a low flow of customers, and when I returned to drop off my old router, it was average. The customer service provided by Emi and her colleague was excellent. I was with another phone company a while ago, but I switched to T-Mobile, and they provide excellent internet service, great deals, and excellent customer service. I've been with them for several years, and I'm not going to change. I'm very happy. I highly recommend them as a company, and this store, in particular, has excellent customer service. This service was completely unprofessional. Shakira and Tyrique gave horribly dissatisfying service. When I walked in I was not helped or greeted. I asked to turn on a service and was put on hold when there was no one there. Then was helped was given a nasty horrible attitude. I left out feeling uneasy and it actually ruined my day. The service here was pleasant. The manager and Denaria not sure of the spelling was very helpful and informative. I wasn't there for hours and they set up my phone for me and didnt push trying to sell me unwanted equipment. They were courteous and professional.
