The store techs misdiagnosed my iPhone issue to be a faulty WiFi antenna so I bought a new iPhone. They restored our configuration to the new iPhone but the problem (accessing WiFi persisted). After 8 hours of troubleshooting over 2 days, I asked to return the phone and go back to my old phone. They charged a $70 restocking fee despite my protests. I took my old phone to the Apple Store and they fixed my WiFi connection issue (VPN setting) in about 3 minutes. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the WiFi antenna. I'm out $70 and 8 hrs of troubleshooting. NEVER go to this store read more

Awful. I'm pretty sure Evan (I'm pretty sure that was his first name, last name started with a V, I remember him saying that) was stoned at work this evening. He couldn't concentrate, was scatterbrained, was ignoring customers, and happily sharing with customers that his girlfriend slapped the child she cares for today. Several people walked out of the store while he took a bathroom break when there were 5-7 people waiting in line. I stayed, but only because I needed information to transfer my service elsewhere. It's people like this that confirm my choice to take my business elsewhere. read more

My wife is the secondary number on my T-Mobile account, but she has all the rights to make changes to our account that I have. She recently lost her insured iPhone, so while I was at work she went into this store with a friend to replace her phone. The manager of this store, sales rep # ends in 311, instead of telling my wife how to contact the insurer to get her phone replaced, told her that because she was not the primary account holder, she had no right to make changes to the account, which is absolutely incorrect, and did not inform her that her lost device was insured. While all this is horrible enough, she then proceeded to sell my wife a "kit" for $1,082.94, which is a package that contains an iPhone 8, and a bunch of severely overpriced junk, such as $15 for a black popsocket, $60 for a cheap charge pad that sells on Amazon for $15, a case, screen protector, a "free" tablet, etc. and repeatedly emphasized that this is all free! No, it is not free! You pay for it in extra monthly payments, and the total price is SO much more than it should be! When I learned what happened, on my first day off from work, we returned the store. The manager was on the defensive the second we walked in, and without a word from us, began weaving a fabricated tale of how my wife insisted on having her own account, everything was explained carefully, the friend who had accompanied my wife was fully informed, blah, blah, blah! We listened for a bit, remained calm, explained what we considered to be incorrect, and the manager reiterated her claims and repeated that "the friend" was okay with everything. I finally had to say that our friend was just there for company, she was not on either account, and my wife (of 29 years) had been misguided and we wanted a refund. At that point, the manager called another employee over, and stomped outside the store. She never returned to help us. The other employee helped us through the process of gaining our refund. So, beware, the manager of this store is fraudulent and should lose her job. I will be reporting her to T-Mobile, or whoever her employer is, as this is not a "true" T-Mobile store; it is some kind of a franchised agent. read more

This has got to be the worst place you can possibly go for assistance with your T-Mobile service. First of all I've asked them on multiple occasions to take the 15$ a month charge from a tablet I owned over 4 years ago and every time, they say, "We don't have permission or I should wait to do it until the end of the billing cycle to remove it" I was just in there on May 6th 2019 and while the young man was trying to explain the different promotions to me another employee decided to interrupt the employee who was helping me to make fun of a person getting on a motorcycle outside. At first this was just an annoyance until it continued to the rest of the employees coming out of the back room they all began gossiping and laughing so loud I couldn't even hear the guy who was trying to help me. At this point I decided to just walk out as I was so frustrated with the service and how immature the entire staff was. Besides the fact I couldn't converse with the employee who was at this point trying to raise his voice over the others. Quick tip guys, don't make fun of others while you have a customer trying to conduct business. That person outside who you were making fun of is a good friend of mine who just learned how to ride...I will try one more time at another T-Mobile store to see if I can get better service. This place seems to be a daycare for young adults who still have the mentality of teenagers. read more

Last month I purchased a new phone at T Mobile. My previous phone was so compromised that they could not retrieve any of my data or contacts. The sales associate, Janet G., was he'll bent on making sure she got her commission. She shared with me a number of new things I would be needing for my new phone. I told her I would buy these off Amazon as their prices were too high. However, as she was purchasing the phone, she asked me if I wanted the free watch, with my purchase. I said..."Nothing is free...everyone knows that. So what's the hitch here?" "OH no, she exclaims, it's free!" Then I notice she has a phone case on the counter. I told her I already mentioned I would buy on Amazon. Take it off the bill. Then...she said I'd need the new high speed charger...I said I did not need. She insisted all my other chargers would destroy my new phone. Also, that the old ones were incompatible with my new phone. I go home...it was not for my phone at all! As I'm looking through my purse for my wallet, she's busy putting on a new screen. !! WHAT THE... I thought she was using the ones that came with the new phone. Of course not...They were now stuck to my phone AND I was stuck with a $30+ dollars for a screen. Not done yet...She told me...no worries about breaking my new phone as it came with a comprehensive insurance plan. Got the bill.. $21.75 in a monthly charge for this insurance I never asked for. NOT DONE YET... Looked at my bill and there was an additional $40...I asked..."What's this for?" OH, that's the tax on the free promo watch." WT...take the watch back. She went on to telling me how I needed it. Good grief! Sooooo...finally went into return my charger...the one that didnt fit the phone. Oh, sorry, we don't take returns after 14 days. This was directly after I relayed the above story of dissatisfaction. You're kidding me! Manager said Janet G. was just doing her job. I told him...Janet G. was overselling, deceitful, and manipulative...and wanting her commission. I will be changing my phone plans...and complaining to upper management....very soon. This was the only T-mobile store I ever visited. Unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory and quality of customer service was unacceptable. I had to resolve unexpected issue that occurred due to fraudulent protection. One of the employees starting with letter B informed me upfront there is nothing she knows she can do. She bluntly told me off to call customer care. So I did to get to the bottom of this problem and made sure the customer care had steps ready for the T-Mobile store to follow to make sure I can get customer service to the best of their ability. Upon my return, this employee starting with letter B recognized me from earlier visit, approached me even before I stepped into the store and basically repeated what she said earlier. She was not willing to provide quality assistance and care but rather arrogantly insisted that the only thing I will be doing inside the store is calling the customer service. Absolutely speechless looking at her attitude, I asked her to take a look at my account again. I had to convince her and give reasons for why she needs to do her job. When one of the employees at the store looked into my account, they were instructed by the T-mobile company how to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed by how she handled my concerns from the beginning. It seems like from the reviews she is the manager of this branch. I understand we have bad days and even if you are the manager, you may not know certain things. But refusing to complete her responsibility implied to me that she is not competent at handling and solving problems. While I was frustrated and distressed my account was causing problems the whole day, as a customer, my experience from T-Mobile was largely shaped by this one particular employee. I will not be choosing this location for future customer care and I highly recommend others to do the same. read more

Do not EVER go to this store. I recently went there to switch my 3 Verizon phone lines to T-Mobile. The sales person (and manager!!) Brooklyn told me after I asked specifically several times that T-Mobile would credit the early termination fees from Verizon even if we (a) didn't buy new phones from T-mobile and (b) turn our old phones in. I was more than ready to walk away and stick with Verizon, which I told her, and she assured me that they would pay all of the termination fees. So, transaction takes place, I sign a bunch of things on a tiny screen that was literally illegible, apparently including a statement that we weren't turning in two of our phones because they were broken. I don't remember reading that, but of course, I really couldn't read anything on the illegible screen. Fast forward to today, I walk in with my Verizon bill, and she says, "Oh no, we can only pay for the one line that you turned in your phone for. The rest of your phones were broken." WTF, I never said they were broken? Well, maybe I did when I signed the forms. We had just bought new phones that worked on both Verizon and T-Mobile and didn't want to have to buy new phones again. So she was completely rude, basically called me a liar, and I got no satisfaction. I'm trying to sort this out with T Mobile corporate, but as for this store, STAY AWAY. read more

The BEST Verizon store in the area! I went to several Verizon locations in the area to buy my new phone s21 ultra 5g. I wasted my time in the other Verizon stores, 30 minutes before closing time I called Verizon in Edmonds and Vin Lee was able to accommodate me last minute and get my phone, not only that but I got a 800 dollar savings discount on the phone, cut my current plan to a new one 5g unlimited plan that saved me 30 dollars less a month that wasn't even 5g or unlimited! Vin was all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and was looking out for the best interest for THEIR CUSTOMERS. I practically got the phone for free with all the savings and deals he presented to me without having to inquire about saving money! Not only Vin, but I have been going to this Verizon store for the last 5 years and every employee their is the best! Shout out to Vin Lee! Please allow me to post the CORPORATE T-mobile phone number and save hard working customers the aggravation and frustration of dealing with anyone at this location; (877) 413-5903. I too had the misfortune of choosing this location. Long story short a sales associate stated that my daughter would receive a promotional price on an IPhone 11 because it was a new line and she had an IPhone trade in. After 2.5 hours she left with no new phone because they were unable to run her debit card because of "system issues". We returned the next day to complete the transaction. I should have known something was amiss when the sales associate told me the discount would be given not in the store but through billing. After receiving the first bill she was not charged the promotional price nor was she given credit for her trade in. I understand mistakes can happen and we wanted to rectify the error. After not being able to resolve the issue with their out sourced customer service she was forced to return to the T-Mobile store where she spent 2 hours dealing with sales people who had zero understanding of their promotional requirements. My disdain for the people at this location stems from their complete lack of training, their inability to problem solve, their inability to admit error and apologize. The level of either ignorance or deception is not only egregious it's unacceptable. They spent 2 hours trying to get her to sign up for a higher priced plan instead of owning up to their mistake. The manager is no better. She lacks the inability to problem solve, admit mistake, to train her people and delegate decision making in her absence. She also had the unmitigated gall to not accept responsibility and let me know "I may not like her options for rectifying their error and she would do what was best for her store". I know these folks have sales goals and quotas but you would think that for customers who choose T-mobile, buy their ridiculously expensive phones and who pay bills on time would be treated with respect, appreciation and good customer service. Instead this location is filled with folks who are dishonest and deceptive and live by the motto of bait and switch. I would not recommend this store under any circumstances. It is with appreciation I give credit to Terry in corporate who was helpful in taking my complaints and concerns. She followed through in passing the information to the District Manager. I went in here because it is the closest location to my house and my iPhone 7 Plus was locked up. I have to say this was the best cell phone store experience I've ever had. Britney and Pon you're absolutely incredible to work with. Brittany was joyful and addressed all my concerns above and beyond my expectations. I ended up walking out with a brand new upgraded phone and I even added two lines. I was with Verizon for many years prior to switching to T-Mobile. My experience personally so far with T-Mobile has been nothing but pleasant. Which as we all know when it comes to cell phone companies is very rare. Britney is an amazing manager. Such a scam of a store. I joined a friend's account and bought a new phone with them because they were going to give me a good trade in value for my previous phone. My first bill I see no trade in value applied and now they are saying I wasn't eligible for the trade in and have to pay $600 more than they quoted me and I can't even just get my old phone back for their mistake. This is after an hour and a half of them trying to upsell me so I can be eligible for the deal they promised me. Avoid!! read more

We were promised free tablets with a $10/line data plan, he put us on the 18 month lease that doubled the quoted monthly increase. After an extend amount of time on the phone with T-mobile corporate, they called the store and verified that the salesperson flat out lied to make the sale and get his commission. If it wasn't for the nice lady at corporate who bent over backwards to help make it right, we would not still be T-mobile customers. read more

Manager Brittinie is awesome, and her crew was very helpful. Together they helped us get the best deal for our IT needs. I recommend this T-Mobile for anyone, as the sales staff is very diverse and representative of our local community. When i bought 2 iphone x here 5 months ago with the sales person named jordan, i was told that i didnt need to do any trade in for the 700$ rebate program. But, after 1 month of the rebate being submitted by the sales person, i found out that my rebate was being denied, the reason for that is because of the trade in. So, i came back to the store and talk to the sales person, he said that he could not do anything about that and that he will talk to the manager about that. After 1 month, nothing happened, so i came back to the store and talk to the manager, the manager named brittney said that she will look into that and she will contact me later, after a while she never contacted me. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over three years and recently had to deal with a weird situation where I was told one thing and then charged another. I came into this location to try and figure out what I owed and when it was due. The man who helped me was so ungodly rude to me I walked out and immediately switched to sprint the same day. I was basically told I was lying, and he kept cutting me off to make stupid comments about "if You crashed your car, would you take it back to the dealership?" This man literally started verbally attacking me until I couldn't take it and had to leave. Avoid this T-Mobile at all costs, it's not even a corporate location it's some kind of independent garbage heap. This place is awful. I never give bad reviews and have a very high tolerance for slow service but had to review this place. My wife and I needed new phones. She has been with T-Mobile for 11 years, I was with At&t for a long time but we decided to put me on her plan because they had a phone I wanted. Long story short, spent 4 hrs getting new phones, didn't even finish getting everything transferred over to the new phones because I was over it. Not buying a car, ridiculous. We had a new person helping us which is fine, people have to train at some point. I wasn't even mad with that and wouldn't have written this review but when our first bill came we were shocked. The store manager Brittney straight up lied about everything she promised us. Bill was like $100 a month more than what we agreed on. I called, emailed and went into the store for 30 minutes but never was able to reach Brittney again. Finally we blasted T-Mobile on Twitter and got a response. Lesson learned. read more

I was SO pumped to switch to T-Mobile from AT&T. I figured I would save some serious money, I loved the hip commercials with the Millennial Pink, and I would be unshackled from stodgy old AT&T. I went through the website, filled in my information, and then received a call within 15 minutes. That initial call went great, we built out my plan, and as I was going to keep our existing phones, the helpful agent confirmed that they would overnight the new sim cards to us, and that we would need to unlock our phones (all mine were unlocked), and then she provided the phone numbers I needed to call to port my numbers over, and and get the services up and running. I received the sim cards after a long holiday weekend. So far, so good! Now, here's when the problems cropped up. First, I called the number provided to port the phones over and get activated, sim cards in hand. The agent typed some things in his computer, and then informed me that he couldn't help me, and that I would need to go into a store to get set up. A little frustrated, but I was fine with that. I headed into the store with my sim cards the next day. I was told then that they couldn't help unless I had all of my families phones together. A little more frustrated, but I could understand that. As my daughter is in college, I needed to wait now another 4 days for her to be home on the weekend. So, the weekend arrives, and yesterday headed back in, all the phones, all the sim cards, ready to go. I got to the store, and was paired with a support person immediately. He started typing away, and then informed me that the account was suspended. He didn't know why. He asked a colleague for help. His colleague scoffed when looking at the screen, and then asked me "Why wouldn't you just come into a store to start your service, why would you do it online?" Wow. Why would your company sell shit online if they can't deliver on it? Apparently it was my fault. They said they needed a supervisor to unlock it. They had none in the store, and they kept trying to call their supervisor who was not there, and was not answering their cell phone. After a half an hour, they told me I had to go home and call Customer Care to resolve it. I asked them to just refund me the money I had paid for activation, and they told me that they couldn't do that, because the account was suspended and needed, you guessed it, supervisor approval. Highly frustrated now. So, I called customer care, the initial agent couldn't help me, and then forwarded me to a new agent. After a half an hour I was told, and I quote: "If you want to be a customer with T-Mobile, you need to go into a store and fax a copy of your drivers license with your account number to customer care with the store number attached." They then asked if there was anything else they could "Help" me with today. I told them their definition of help was not my definition. I give up. Despite my best efforts, T-Mobile does not want me as a customer. At this point, I am only going to try and get my money back. Unbe-freakin'-lievable. read more

I just had an absolutely terrible experience at this TMobile store. I went to get a new screen protector because the old one had bubbled and had a small tear. I was under the impression a replacement screen protector would be free being that when I got my S8 they up sold me on a speaker, an overpriced case ($45), a plastic screen protector ($35) not the glass and a popsocket. First off she said that this bundle was the only way they currently sold tha shape phone. When I asked how they could get away with charging $35 for a screen protector she told me that it was guaranteed for life. If it ever bubble it or voiced your door came loose just come back to the store and they would fix it. She seemed nice so I bought the overpriced screen protector as well as the other overpriced accessories she wanted to sell me. It turns out she was straight up lying to my face I went in this morning and Jordan was working. He informed me that a new screen protector is not free and they do not guarantee their install and it's all on you the moment you walk out of the store. I'm wondering if she's lying about having to buy the bundle as well. Now I have all these items on my account that I'm paying off month by month in a little installments. Items I really didn't want and each one is overpriced. And once Jordan found out I wasn't going to buy anything I got absolutely minimal effort from that guy. I had to ask multiple times if he would look up who sold me all that gear months ago and who the manager was before I got a name out of him. When I asked him where the screen protectors were located so I could look at the price they charve he just pointed across the store and grunted. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the store at the moment. This is just terrible and unacceptable customer service. My family and I have been T-Mobile customers for 18 years but I don't care if you're a new customer customer you should not get treated so poorly. So for Jordan standing behind his desk sipping his tea doing absolutely minimal work and not helping a customer at all and for Britney, if that is the correct name for the girl that straight-up lied to my face in order to upsell me accessories months ago, I give one star and that's only because 0 stars is not possible. If I could give this store a lower rating, I would. I'm a new customer who got FABULOUS SERVICE from gene when I signed up, two months later, I've decided that this has got to be the worst store (except Gene) for customer service anywhere. I bought a phone case when I bought my new phone and tried to return it 6 times and no one in the store would acknowledge me after waiting more than a 1/2 an hour. When I brought it in the 7th time, Justin accused me of throwing it at him and then told me I couldn't return it because I had waited too long. He ignored me When I told him how many times I had tried to return it, and literally walked away from me while I was talking to him only to return 10 minutes later to tell me he couldn't help me. I called the next day to talk to the manager, but the manager was not in. I left a message to have her call me and 3 weeks later I have not heard back. Today, I left time open In my schedule to go in call my because I know that you're going to be there at least an hour if you actually get somebody to wait on you, and I decided to call 1st to see if GENE was there so I could talk to him. (ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS What customer service is). Someone answered the phone and said, "T-Mobile, we're closed " TWO HOURS before their normal closing time and the time that is advertised online. Attempted to return a "Jump On Demand" leased phone, as the lease was up and I did not intend to spend the payoff amount and keep it. Was informed (with a tangible vibe of pure contempt) that this could only be done by calling T-Mobile and acquiring a shipping label, there was no way for them to help me in store. Upon calling T-Mobile, the inverse turned out to be true; it can only be returned IN the store, a fact which was easily verified online as well. Seriously T-Mobile store, just be better. read more
