The staff was incredible here. They showed me so much patience. I came with a phone issue and they worked with me for over an hour to resolve the issue. It was the most frustrating situation ever. At the end, things worked out and my phone was working again. I was grateful for the effort. I was signed up for a plan for up to five lines, even though it was just me, and a device protection plan without asking me. Those add-ons add to a higher monthly bill. I noticed them when I downloaded the app later. I suggest downloading the app and looking over the contract. When you are there the seller talks and you trust. I thought I communicated what I wanted, and it was understood, but it wasn't. I didn't see a contract when I was there. I was given a receipt for the installation and things looked good. These add-ons were not listed there but when I got home and reviewed things looked This location is small. The store is in a shopping center with plenty of parking spaces all around. This review is strictly about one employee at 1 T Mobile store. To wit: Augusto at the store in Deerfield Beach, Florida, (corner of Hillsboro and Powerline.) This young man was the kindest, most patient person I'd ever met in this store or any other. From the moment I walked in, he was laser-focused on helping me. I did have an unusual problem and he tackled it with aplomb. Trying again and again to achieve the perfect result for me. I was extremely impressed by his calm and tenacious approach to my issue. I spent quite a long time there but Augusto never got distracted or showed disapproval for a problem that was obviously of my own making. Every single time I've gone here there's always a miscommunication, I get lied to, or I get almost into a fight because the large T-Mobile employee said "I was talking crazy when he asked me if I traded in my old phone because he can't see that" mind you this is a authorized location. He then began to tell me I'm crazy it's my fault and raising his voice and talking toward me threatening lol where do you find these people? Jesus Christ I called 611 they told me yes they can see my old phone was traded in and that line shouldn't be there and he was lying to me her own words. I went today to Change my screen of my phone and the employee with out to check in the store if they had other screens she took me out and after she took it out she said me I didn't have for your phone. I was so upset. Last year I went also to exchange the phone and they deal they give me wasn't exist for the promotion they provided me for me and my family. They hate female Vererans here. They will go out of there way NOT to process a Military verification even when presented with DD214, military id and marriage certificate showing maiden/marrow name. 611 t-Mobile rep couldn't believe the behavior of the in-store employees stating they are acting out of policy. read more

I had such a great experience with the reps and sale associates at this location especially Jacob! He was very patient and helpful with switching me over to T-Mobile. Worst experience I've ever had with a phone company. I don't know if the entire company is as incompetent as this location, but I've been with T-Mobile for an entire 1 week, and I've been in the store 5 times, spoke with 5 different people including the manager, and regret entirely that I switched from Verizon. first, we were promised specific phones (iPhone 13 pro 512g) for adding a line, turns out that information was wrong and there was no option to pay the difference for a better phone(you can get the most basic only. Also, the phones stopped having service 3 hours after leaving the store. Fred fixed that The third day in the store. 2nd, the manager Yasser mailed the phone to the wrong address and has been dodging my calls for 5 days After promising to call me with updated delivery confirmation and tracking information. They added phone protection to my account after specifically saying I do not want that. and now I'm paying more at T-Mobile than I was at Verizon and don't even have the phones!!! complete garbage. throw the entire team out and start over. I am very upset with T-Mobile. I have been a loyal customer for several years with two lines and to Samsung Note 8 devices. This company has ripped me off numerous times. The last time I just found out I was paying an extra $10 a month for some service feature I never ordered and they would only give me partial credit when I complained. I have superb credit and the bill is automatically paid from my bank for the past several years. When I try to reason with them so they can offer me some type of fair arrangement to keep me as a loyal customer, they decline..... I will be seeking a another carrier immediately. read more

I went to this TMobile on October 14, 2017. My experience was dreadful. Let me start by saying I was there for about 90 minutes & I was the only customer. Business must be terrible! I had a minor issue regarding a locked screen for my phone. I worked with Lex in this store & he informed me my phone had a virus. We diagnosed the issue & he informed me that we had to do a cold reset. I reluctantly agreed & we did it. He assured me that my photos and contacts would be saved. They weren't!! I left the store with no contacts and about 1/3 of my pictures. Furthermore, while Lex was helping me a female Associate was screaming to another off duty Associate about personal issues. I don't go to a TMobile store to listen to employees complain in excess about their personal life! Thankfully, I had my old phone, so to elude going back to a nightmare experience, I manually put my contacts in, set the phone to my liking, & took photos of the pictures in my old phone. Anything to not go back there! I have been to other TMobiles before & it is fine. I should have guessed that a little TMobile next to a Dollar General Store was a bad bet! Also, I priced an Otter Case for my Samsung Galaxy 8. It was 60 dollars plus tax there. I ordered the same case from Target for 18 plus tax. Terrible experience. Never again. read more
