TMobile in general is awful. Customer Service is benign at best due in large part to the call center being located in the Philippines - completely useless. But this store is not much better. Unless they're selling you something, they're completely useless. For example, I tried calling them 5 times this morning. Each time the phone rings incessantly and disconnects. I find it hard to believe that they're so busy that they can't answer an incoming call. Ridiculously lazy and unhelpful. read more

Everyone was super nice while I was in the store and gave me "free" trackers. Then I got my bill and realized I was duped into accepting services I didn't want. Not the first time either. While this store location is closest to my house, I will NEVER be back in here. When I got home from my last visit, I thought they just forgot to give me my receipt so I logged on to my account to see what's up. I realized they signed me up for services I didn't want!!!! When I called T-Mobile, they tried to help me but said I had to return the trackers to shut down the service. The Countryside store WOULD NOT TAKE THEM BACK! I finally went to the location in Willowbrook to return them. T-Mobile and the Willowbrook store gave me my money back and some credits for charges that were incurred. This T-mobile is what the company needs to look up to. The employees here went above and beyond and didn't stop. They took care of the problem I had with the uttermost care and with no headaches. Violet was really cool with me waiting there to update his phone so we can restore it back to his current backup. I needed to add service to a old phone since my brother wanted to go swimming with his old phone. I was having problems with this simple task since the first T-mobile I went to had the employees just chilling behind the desk watching a movie. They didn't want to help and just told me to go to another store. Thanks again Violet and hopefully your store owner sees this and hooks it up with a Starbucks bevi. If not I will! One of the most racist new stores I've ever been to do to the Covid they have a 10 person limit in the store which is understandable so they took my number and told me and my wife to wait outside because they had reached their limit little did they know that me and my wife were counting the people coming in the store when we were in the car they were already at their 10 limit we watched five other people go in the store and stay Making the grand total way over 15 people a racist situation definitely because all 15 people stay in the store and I was bringing them good business signing up for five new lines their loss bad very bad customer service!!! read more

Came to this location (countryside il next to hooters) Friday Jan 7, 11am for a simple SIM card replacement The young lady with a fantastic looking manicure attempted (for about 60 seconds)to retrieve my account info from the computer , then informed me i would have to contact t mobile myself and have the SIM card sent to me directly !! (Because it is a corporate account) That was/is such bull shit!!! I drove to the next closest location in Lagrange where they pulled up my account, switched out the sim , and I was in my way in 10 min. Come on T mobile!!! Train your folks better or we will pull the account! Again on a bright note the young lady had beautiful nails and was friendly until she realized I was not there to buy a phone!! Lol! I used to go there often for questions and make payment. The manager (starts with V), went from very professional to a teen "Mean Girl", with me and other customers. I witnessed her treating an elderly veteran like child. She now encourages her employees to be rude and sarcastic. I thought they were kidding around but they were not. It's almost like they don't give a $&@" anymore and have no fear consequences or being fired. read more

The people working in this store were not helpful when speaking with my 80-year-old father who does use technology well. They could not assist him with his upgrade questions but what is most disturbing is when my dad asked about applying his veteran status to his account for a discount both employees in the store told them they didn't know what he was talking about. Don't let the young face fool you.....always give respect and speak to people with respect especially customers. You never know how old a person is. Respect goes a long way. I was having issues with my phone after buying it a week ago. I came to this store because I was in the area. After waiting for 10 minutes, the store manager, Andrea came from the back to assist me. I told her the issue I was having with my phone. As she begins to help me, she starts talking to me as if I were a child/as if I was the reason my phone wasn't working because I either didn't know how to operate my phone/the apps I had on my phone was the problem. She also tells me that I needed to take my phone to a repair store because she wasn't a tech and could not help me. As I left out the store, I felt very disrespected by her. As I said in the beginning of this review, give respect and talk to people with respect especially if you work at a business and you are the store manager. Not sure if she speaks to everyone like she did me, but she needs to be trained again in management skills. read more

Paris is hands down the best!!!! I went in there with no phone for a couple weeks due to it being run over and was turned down for my insurance policy ( because I suck with phones ) and she was full of good information, helped me with my SIM card, friendly lady, and lastly calming environment due to my situation of not having a phone and all that stress that includes. Dominicka and Frank were fantastic! Excellent Customer Service on my first visit to this store in years! I needed a new phone and was traveling to Ireland within a few days. They set me up, explained international access, and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. When I returned from my trip, I came back for more help - same exceptional customer service from Ahmed in helping me to protect my new phone properly with a screen protector.
