Adjusting our bill is the least they can do for us at this point. Luckily, we don't have a contract!! Oh, and I emailed them as they asked in response to my original review, but haven't heard back from them. However, our internet was back up this morning! it stays on! Update: We ended up dropping Kinetic by Windstream. The internet continued going in and out. I emailed them as asked to, but never received a response. To their credit though, they credited us the entire last month. Was waiting to receive the bill to update this and it came today. So, I gave them a 2nd star for doing the right thing, but the service still sucked.

There was no backup plan and when I asked if we would be refunded for the days of missed service I was told a refund would be granted to anyone who goes through the channels to request it. Imagine customers not having internet for 3+ days and being told to "apply" for a credit once service is restored. This company has no idea what customer service is.
