I have had a very good experience with ACN as a customer, I had one time my internet modem went down they sent me a new one once it was determined it was faulty and I had it in a couple days and they credited my account for the down time. The technician was very helpful. While there is an initial buy in for your marketing tools and an abundance of training videos this is really nothing compared to what you will make when you put your mind to it. I would never align myself with any business that didn't follow through on their promises and the services wern't competitive with whats available in the marketplace.
