A while back I was in the market for a new phone plan for my business lines and decided to call Verizon for assistance. I was connected to an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable sales representative (Dev Patel) who was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. I would like to thank the representative for his assistance and highly recommend Dev to anyone looking for a new phone plan. I lost my voice at my job and had come in to transfer my data to my new phone. The person working showed no compassion and expected me to squeak out what I needed instead of trying to accommodate my situation. He helped me with the data transfer and then I needed help with the phone trade that was supposed to have been processed with my online order for my new phone and then said they don't do phone trades. He also continued to act like my issues were not his problem. My mother came into the store and was appalled. He was brushing her off and she had to help me communicate with him multiple times I needed help with the screen protector. When we needed help with the adapter for the phone, he tried to sell her one of the more expensive ones in the store. In the end, we left extremely upset and my mom ended up having to call customer service for help. As someone who has worked retail over five years, I am extremely disappointed in the people who worked that night. I seriously hope they can get their act together.

I had dial-up service for over a decade, because DSL was not available at my address. Access Tech was always a quick, local phone call away, and I always got a live technician. Only once were they not able to completely solve my half dozen problems in twice as many years. And then the tech completely diagnosed my situation, and his prescription, upgrade from Win 95 to Win 98, completely fixed everything. After I graduated from VCU, I needed my own high-speed internet service at home. Access Tech set me up with Clear, which was only down a few hours, during thunderstorms, maybe 3 times in 5 years. Then Clear was bought out by a big cell phone company, that kicked them off their network for more cell service. Now I have hosting for my web comic site through Access Tech, and they even created an updated, improved version of my site for me. Their service has been everything I've ever wanted.

The last time we bought an iPhone at this location, the salesguy who sold it to us screwed up the transfer/download of the old phone's data so badly it took the geniuses at Apple two days to figure out what he did wrong and correct it all.
