    I am writing to acknowledge and thank T-Mobile staff in its two stores in Chester, VA. I got a new…read morephone line and a new 2-line phone when I signed up for new Internet service through T-Mobile. I went into a store to transfer my data from my old phone, which always takes a long time. Getting 2 working lines ended up being complicated and required 3 trips to 2 stores. The staff at both stores were AMAZING!!! They were polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They never made me feel silly or stupid for asking questions. They never appeared to be tired of my presence as they handled my time-consuming issues while also serving other patrons. I always felt that they were addressing my issues, even when the stores got crowed and their official days ended. So, thank you to the following people: AJ, Icey, Larry, Robert, Joseph, Jaelyn, and Tia. I'd like to make special mention to Robert and Joseph who drove from their store to their sister store after closing so that Robert could help Jaylyn and Tia finish programming my second phone after it was determined that the first phone that I was mailed did not have dual-line capability. Each of the employees I mentioned impacted my experience. In addition to being highly competent at what they do, they all seem like really nice people, and I appreciate that especially in these times where often nice people and excellent customer service seem like things of the past. So, again, thank you to the folks listed, and kudos to T-Mobile for hiring this caliber of employees.

I have animals, asthma, etc. Im told it won't even be work on until the 21st. Lost 3 refrigerators full of food and have been having to charge my phone on the car...also, dricing 1/2 hour away everyday just to shower......beyond furious

A while back I was in the market for a new phone plan for my business lines and decided to call Verizon for assistance. I was connected to an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable sales representative (Dev Patel) who was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. I would like to thank the representative for his assistance and highly recommend Dev to anyone looking for a new phone plan.     I have been a happy customer of Access Technology, ever since the mid-1990s, when they were still…read moreknown as Internet Creations. I had dial-up service for over a decade, because DSL was not available at my address. Access Tech was always a quick, local phone call away, and I always got a live technician. Only once were they not able to completely solve my half dozen problems in twice as many years. And then the tech completely diagnosed my situation, and his prescription, upgrade from Win 95 to Win 98, completely fixed everything. After I graduated from VCU, I needed my own high-speed internet service at home. Access Tech set me up with Clear, which was only down a few hours, during thunderstorms, maybe 3 times in 5 years. Then Clear was bought out by a big cell phone company, that kicked them off their network for more cell service. Now I have hosting for my web comic site through Access Tech, and they even created an updated, improved version of my site for me. Their service has been everything I've ever wanted.
