Returned an Amazon pkg and the scanning machine is A-MAZ-ING. Had to go back 2 days later to repeat the process and the gentleman using the machine said "Mam, I'm gonna be awhile" (he had a lot). I looked over at the gal working behind the counter thinking maybe she'd get up off her butt and take care of business, but she just looked at me. After waiting a CONSIDERABLE amount of time she finally spoke and said "You need a receipt?" Probably should have gotten one but I'd already been there long enough and there was already someone waiting behind me, so I said "No". She nodded towards the counter and said "Leave it there." Hope she enjoys my return 'cause she could certainly help herself to it since I have nothing to show for it. Worst customer service ever! Had a package delivered through USPS and for whatever reason did not get handled by an associate who should've created a label so when I went to pick up my package they sent me to USPS. Went to USPS and got directed back to UPS because their system showed UPS had it. Went back and sure enough they had it without confirming anything from me the first time. It isn't my fault there was no associate there to receive the USPS package to create a label and 2 associates the whole time we're arguing about it all when it was a miscommunication between UPS and USPS, NOT the customer. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I used to love this store because they always assisted me to send my Solider, who is stationed in Ft. Wainwright in Alaska care packages. I paid 112.00 to send me Son his Christmas package and was very confident that he would receive it. But it was not deliverable at least that it what I was told by an employee. She was kind and told me she would get her manager to contact me considering a refund. After a week, I returned to the store and to my surprise, I encountered the nastiest "manager" ever. She stated we do not have refunds. She I asked why did the previous employee say to me that she would speak with you concerning my refund. But I did everything I did in the past and there was no problem not now it can't be delivered. I asked for her boss's contact info so I could speak with someone else. She said he does not speak with customers concerning refunds. It is a bigger issue for me because my son looks forward to his care packages because he is miles away serving our country so the less I try to do is make sure his packages are delivered. This location offers some mail boxes and some shipping supplies for sale (boxes, envelopes, stamps, labels, ect). Most of the staff is friendly but like most people depends on the day they are having. This is usually a run in and run out stop don't expect to wait very long of at all when you visit. I was just there about 45 minutes ago to ship a small 2lb 3oz box to TN. Said it would be over $31 via UPS, or $19.50 something through USPS. I balked and took it to the post office myself who charged $10.05 for 2 day priority with tracking and insurance. I get charging a small markup I guess for your troubles but a 95% increase is ridiculous. Not to mention the liability waivers you make people sign for sending via USPS. Definitely lost my confidence as a business. read more
