There is never the lingering dry clean fluid smell you can get from other less expensive dry cleaners - whatever offsite processing location they send items out to is making sure cleaning fluid is swapped out as needed. Staff is efficient at drop off, check out and will be upfront and honest when they have doubts on the ability to remove a particular stain on a dry clean only item. They've never lost or misplaced any of my items. COVID has lengthen the turnaround time and I'm hoping with increased volume the 2-3 day turnaround options will be available again. Only downside to this dry cleaner is that sometimes it's difficult to get a parking spot close to the business due to the volume of customers going to the adjacent UPS shipping store.

I don't know, but I felt the need to give a quick heads up to other potentially new customers. Based on how humiliated and unvalued I felt during my visit, not just as a potential customer but as a fellow human, I will, of course, never return to this dry cleaner. UPDATE: Just returned from Puritan Cleaners! FANTASTIC place so far! No problem with taking our dry cleaning and it will be ready by tomorrow!!! I dropped my items off on a Tuesday afternoon and they were ready two days later. I will return, though I noticed that their daily specials have been reduced quite a bit when compared to earlier former promotions (i.e. 5% off for shirts on Tuesdays and pants on Wednesdays, when before it was a 20% discount...). Be sure to bring your invoice at pick-up to ensure a smooth process.

It's clean there's not a lot bs going on inside. The dryers are in working order. There's always an employee there to assist you. They have products that you can purchase if you need to. Also, they have their own card so you can a use the machines. But if you don't have a card they have a card for you to use. It's a really nice clean laundromat and I would definitely recommend.
