This place literally just wasted 2 hours of my time trying to activate a phone. They charged me $75.00 and could not activate the phone. They then told me I could not get a refund because of a made up 20 minute limit on refunds. I will never go back to this store and it was a straight up robbery. What a scam and stay away from this place. read more

Lost in Space... Thanks to Them! Wrong order Wrong number Wrong phone Default phone Wrong location Wow, what a journey! I came in for a simple fix, but instead, they sent me on a grand tour of the city--like a scavenger hunt I never signed up for. And get this--the whole journey started more than a week ago! Tuesday night? Wasted. Wednesday night? Gone. Thursday? Yep, still trying to solve what should have been a straightforward issue. After hours of running around, they confidently sent me to the Capitol Mall--WRONG. Now I have to drive to Scotts Valley. Maybe next, they'll direct me to the Bermuda Triangle? Oh, and I had a faulty iPhone for less than 20 hours, but they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Their excuse? "We're not corporate, so you have to go somewhere else"--which, surprise surprise, turned out to be the WRONG store! So, is it carelessness, inconsideration, or just a masterclass in wasting people's time? I'll let you decide. But if you're looking for an adventure, this place has you covered! I really think they owe me. They wasted at least 15 hours of my personal time. read more

My daughter Lexy was having issues with her IPhone and she's not the most patient person. She went into the store after picking up her replacement phone and had Chris Booth help her. ANOTHER SENIOR RIPPED Off BY A CELL PHONE COMPANY. I signed up for the senior plan 2 phones in the store for $60 a month with auto pay or $70 without auto pay this was approx 4 weeks ago . I got the first bill it's $160 when I called T-Mobile customer service I was told I now do not qualify for the senior plan because I was required to bring over my old numbers from my previous carrier AT&T but in the store I was told nothing about this being a requirement and signed a contract with T-Mobile for $60 a month for two lines. Customer service also tells me I now need to go to the T-Mobile where I signed the contract and have the store call customer service to "hopefully " get this straightened out and on to a plan that I qualify for. We are in our first few weeks and already getting mislead . I now am rethinking doing any business with T-Mobile read more

Went to the store to buy an Apple Watch. They're all locked up. That makes sense given our current environment with retail theft. However when I asked him to unlock it so I could try it on to see which size I wanted he said they can't do that. So I couldn't tell between the larger size and the smaller size which one was best for me. The sales person told me I just needed to buy it. If you're standing directly with a sales person they should be able to unlock it for you so you can see whether the small or the large fits you better. guess I will be driving to Apple and buying it directly from them. So much for trying to shop local. read more

I transferred from Verizon to T-Mobile and was told that everything would port over. I was never told that voicemails would be lost. I lost voicemails from my deceased grandmother, deceased best friend, etc. I contacted the wrong T-Mobile in Capitola (the one in the mall), and the person was sympathetic but let me know it was the wrong location (he took the time to look into it using my phone number and found that it was the other location) and that at their location everyone is trained to know to inform customers of that to avoid just such an incident. I have been on with Verizon for a week trying to retrieve the voicemails, and they have been extremely sympathetic. The latest tech I have been working with said she would be devastated, as she lost her husband two years ago and cherishes his voicemails. I contacted this location and went out of my way to explain that I was not trying to make anyone feel badly, but that I wanted to let them have the feedback that not everyone is tech savvy and it's very important that they let people know that voicemails do not port over. The response was a very curt and professional, "I'm sorry you had that experience, Ma'am." Like I said, it was not my intention to make anyone feel badly, because the reps are younger and I felt they were doing their best. But it was very jarring to receive absolutely NO tone of sympathy in the response. The first 24 hours I had T-Mobile I was recommending it to everyone until this happened, and after this phone experience I am seriously wanting to switch back to Verizon. read more

I anxiously walked in with my mother (who can be an exceptionally difficult customer) to switch providers. Karmen, Amirah and Rebeka helped us and they were so so sooo sweet and patient, especially with my mom who was trying to get this plan for as cheap as possible and trying to sniff out every imagined slight and price discrepancy. We left the store about an hour later with literally everything done and taken care of and my mom was gushing about how great they were. She's a tough customer and I don't think I've ever seen this happen! read more
