Toby has a wealth of experience, knowledge and patience as he explained how ethernet should be installed in a residence. For a nominal cost he ended up helping us with running the cables while the walls were still open, and we will likely be bringing CSC out to head the cables and set up the final hardware once we've moved in. I really appreciated his willingness to provide a service to the community as no one else returned my calls, and they went above and beyond my expectations. They are a very professional outfit will all the tools, skills and knowledge to take on jobs on any size. Them being a pleasure to work with was just a bonus.

He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. He takes ownership, does things the right way, and genuinely cares about the end result. Central Coast Tech has been incredible for our family. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Thank you, Abisai, for your outstanding service. I will gladly share my positive experience with others, and whenever I need additional cameras or security services, you'll be the first person I call.

We may not have those in stock but we can get some from another store and it will 2 or three days. Let me go back and get a tablet." Are you friggin kidding me? Wouldn't you think you'd bring one with you and pretend the customers there actually wanted to do business?? We waited for another 5+ minutes and the guy hadn't yet returned, so we left.

Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.
