Our local electronics store recommended We've Got It Wired, and they were able to fit me in within a day, even though it was just before Christmas. Their technician showed up on time with all th tools and parts he needed. He was scrupulous about cleaning up the drywall dust created when he put in the boxes. Their billing department was kind enough to check with me to see who they should invoice (I telecommute and my employer will, in fact, pay for this). Rather than stapling wire to the baseboard or wrestling with wireless (through metal wall-heaters and interference), we are so glad we did it the right way.

I'm the office manager at a small dental practice. I seriously don't know what we would do without…read moreOphtek. To explain this in my simple, not tech-y way: they coordinate set up and troubleshooting with our vendors to ensure our patient database, claims clearinghouse, and x-ray software are all working together and working properly (we would not be able to see patients if this wasn't working!). They make sure all our data is backed up each night and can be restored if something bad happens. They make sure we can print to our printers and log in on our computers and access our network - when something is not working, they will fix it so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure it out. They can investigate suspicious looking emails to verify it's legit so I don't click on it and expose all our computers to malware. They set us up with secure email so we can send confidential patient information without violating HIPAA. This is just what I see on a day to day basis. In all seriousness, I know they're also doing SO MUCH MORE behind the scenes to ensure the safety and security of our data and our equipment. They are constantly monitoring our data and equipment to make sure everything is working properly (we receive weekly and monthly reports, and get a check in call with Arash each year to review everything and get recommendations). Arash and his team are very knowledgeable. They are also all very nice, very patient, very persistent when trying to figure out how to solve a problem that isn't so straightforward. They respond quickly when we have urgent issues, and respond relatively quickly even when the issues are not as urgent. I highly recommend Ophtek - you will not be disappointed!

Although we didn't have any major pain points, I thought it was a good idea to revisit our company's IT set up after six years with the same IT company. Arash went line-by-line through a current invoice, explaining what my company was paying for and identifying any overpayments or recommended services. This exercise helped me identify discrepancies in our current needs and expenses. Arash was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations, and he provided me with clear opportunities to ask questions. I left the consultation feeling more informed and equipped to make better decisions for our IT services, whether that means switching to Ophtek or optimizing our current provider. Overall, I highly recommend Arash and Ophtek for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Regenerate response

Whether its networking, installation, conversion from Dos to Windows (as was our case years ago when we first met), cable issues (also an issue back then) - they are tenacious about tracking down the problem and solving it. Whether its after hours, a weekend, a holiday - whatever - they will get the job done. They work with our many computers and various software companies to ensure that all runs smoothly; help with updates, and Jeff (the owner) is particularly picky about backups, security/firewalls and other security issues to keep our patient data safe and secure. We feel like we are in the best possible hands with them. I would trust my life and my family's with them - that's how much I trust them - and that's saying a lot. Their patience (with our staff, our patients, ourselves), integrity, persistence and determination result in a relationship that I expect to last the rest of our business lives. And we found them in the yellow pages all those years ago - who knew? We were desperate, trying to trouble shoot a problem ourselves when converting from one program to another, DOS to Windows, and it was a cable issue that we would have never figured out. Now my husband can concentrate on what he loves best - taking care of patients - and not computers! Thank you Jeff, Bill, Chad and John! You are truly gems!
