A certified IT partner provides not only expertise but also the peace of mind that your systems are protected and compliant with industry standards. In a crowded field of providers, choosing a reliable company makes all the difference in safeguarding your operations and staying ahead of technological challenges. Ed Correia and his team are exactly the kind of trusted professionals you want on your side. To explain this in my simple, not tech-y way: they coordinate set up and troubleshooting with our vendors to ensure our patient database, claims clearinghouse, and x-ray software are all working together and working properly (we would not be able to see patients if this wasn't working!). They make sure all our data is backed up each night and can be restored if something bad happens. They make sure we can print to our printers and log in on our computers and access our network - when something is not working, they will fix it so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure it out. They can investigate suspicious looking emails to verify it's legit so I don't click on it and expose all our computers to malware. They set us up with secure email so we can send confidential patient information without violating HIPAA. This is just what I see on a day to day basis. In all seriousness, I know they're also doing SO MUCH MORE behind the scenes to ensure the safety and security of our data and our equipment. They are constantly monitoring our data and equipment to make sure everything is working properly (we receive weekly and monthly reports, and get a check in call with Arash each year to review everything and get recommendations). Arash and his team are very knowledgeable. They are also all very nice, very patient, very persistent when trying to figure out how to solve a problem that isn't so straightforward. They respond quickly when we have urgent issues, and respond relatively quickly even when the issues are not as urgent. I highly recommend Ophtek - you will not be disappointed!

Although we didn't have any major pain points, I thought it was a good idea to revisit our company's IT set up after six years with the same IT company. Arash went line-by-line through a current invoice, explaining what my company was paying for and identifying any overpayments or recommended services. This exercise helped me identify discrepancies in our current needs and expenses. Arash was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations, and he provided me with clear opportunities to ask questions. I left the consultation feeling more informed and equipped to make better decisions for our IT services, whether that means switching to Ophtek or optimizing our current provider. Overall, I highly recommend Arash and Ophtek for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Regenerate response

They shared their vision of IT results they deliver to businesses and it was completely in line with what we needed. Their approach is definitely different from other IT firms I was interviewing at the time . They see the big picture and help you utilize IT to impact your bottom line at the business level. Responsiveness (Helpdesk): critical factor for our company is that our IT issues are handled in a timely manner. We have 3 ways ( call, email or portal) to report issues. They are quick , and follow metrics of how fast they resolve issues. They typically fix our issues remotely within minutes. I get a monthly report of their resolution time even though I don't ask for it. IT Strategy: They helped us move our servers to their hosted cloud so our cost has been lowered with higher security and reliability. That has brought great peace of mind for me as the owner. I truly enjoy the quarterly meetings in which we get a high level overview of our IT status and recommendations to further impact our business in regards to cost, security and staff.
