I asked an employee, named Sierra, if they still had the Peanuts in Shell in stock (they frequently run out), as the items are at the BACK of the store on a bottom shelf. Her response was, "we still have 2 bags and you can go back and get them!" She then walked behind the counter, glared at me and asked, rudely, " DO YOU NEED SOMETHING?! I already told you the peanuts are in the back!" She left me embarrassed, and upset, so I left. I am CLEARLY disabled, and yet cannot get any offer of assistance at this location, while this woman is working there.

So here's what happened: I bought a gazebo, used a $20 off coupon, brought it home, and realized I didn't want the blue one - I wanted the grey. Totally reasonable, right? I head back literally the same day - not more than 15 minutes after the original purchase - to do a simple exchange. Not a return. Not a refund. Just a swap for a different color. And what do they try to pull? They tell me I'd have to pay an additional $20 to do the exchange. In what universe does that make sense? I'm not returning it to scam them - I'm just trying to swap for the same exact item in a different color. But nope. They insisted I'd have to pay again without the coupon, even though I just bought it. Are they high? It's like they're running a hardware store and a grift out of the same building. I asked for a manager, thinking this was just some clueless cashier mistake, but nope - the manager doubled down like they were proud of screwing over a customer trying to do a fair exchange. So guess what? I won't be shopping here anymore. If you want to be treated like a human being instead of a nuisance or a walking wallet, take your business somewhere else. The ACE Hardware on Front Street? Way better. Actually decent managers who aren't afraid to do the right thing. Unlike this clown show. Shady policies, rigid employees, and management with the backbone of a wet paper towel. I'll pass.
