I just came out from this place. I wanna leave a good review for JOSE, customer tech. Excellent service, and very patient on explaining. Im very pleased with the service experience. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do Not go here. Celeni and jose who are supposed "mobile experts" couldn't help my 70 year old mother with authorized users. And kept running her in circles instead of providing actual help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

All they are always very crowded here they greet you upon arrival. I didn't have to wait long to be helped but the service I was rendered went well. Forgot the young lady who helped me but she was very knowledgeable and very helpful in the situation. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service.. I believe her name is Celina maybe? She has piercings and is light skinned. I've tried getting help at different locations 3 different times now and at first I wasn't able to get help because my ID was expired, a different associate told me I could bring my passport card but this girl told me that would not work. Even if there's absolutely nothing you can do to help a customer, you still empathize and at least make it seem like you want to help. This girl had the worst idgaf attitude i've ever experienced. If you don't want to help customers, do not work in the customer service industry. read more

I switched from Spectrum and I am very pleased with the great service, especially from Sabrina. read more

I was helped by Morgan Sanger Store 7591. I have to tell you I dreaded getting a new phone . It has not been a great experience. But Morgan made it so easy. The minute I was entered the store she welcome me. Help me select the upgrade. And transfer the old to new phone. I highly recommend Morgan to help you with your iPhone. read more

I came to this location last Friday night and let me tell you the customer service was definitely not there. I walk into this location just to be ignored having to hear two of the female workers talking not acknowledging anyone walking in. I will definitely not be returning to this location again. Management please do a better job on teaching these girls better customer service. I definitely felt they did not care to be there. read more

I feel that I have been wronged by T Mobile. The corporate office does not stand behind their National advertising. Instead they put the blame on this store and it's employees. I have been over charged, and when I cancelled my account the employee on the phone with corporate did not cancel my account. They are demanding payment from me for their mistake. I went in with the promo as currently listed on google As: (dated 11/2023 and 12/2023) "try us for FREE for 3 months." I have been on the phone with them three different times. Plus I have also have been down to the store three different times with no corporation. If you have been lied to, or taken advantaged of, or overcharged. please get back to me. I am tired of large corporations taking advantage of the senior citizens, handicapped and citizens of Camarillo, Thank You, Bill Douglas read more

Thank goodness I'm with T-Mobile. They are with me. Always excellent help and superb service. Gerry was my Guru in the Camarillo office. Thank you Gerry. read more

I came in to get a new phone, the employee helping us out answered a personal call infront of us while helping us out...I think that speaks for itself when it comes to the customer service here. Besides that I felt like the employee was lazy and not eager to actually help me out, keep in mind it wasn't busy. Fortunately, I decided to leave and take my business else where. Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Horrible service... one of the employees that works didn't greet me when i walked in. Not that i care, but when i saw 3 other ppl walk and that one employee that didn't greet me, he said hi to the other people walking in.. kinda seem weird because they happened to not be a Latino. I just found it weird and rude.. i will not be bringing my business to this location. read more

Exceptional customer service by Kyana and Gerry. We were beyond pleased with the service and knowledge they shared with us. We were very concerned transferring our service from Verizon after being with them over 22 years. Gerry and Kyana eased that transition for us. Great team! read more

this is for corporate. they promised a free line. they said promotion expired yesterday. my email does not show an expiration date. they didn't help. I will not be recommending T-Mobile to family and friends any more. not good service read more

We had excellent service from Erika. We did a pre-visit to find out what our options were to transfer from Verizon since our monthly bill was getting outrageous. She took the time to outline everything with multiple options so we could go home and decide. Once we returned, she handled everything from the line transfers, trade ins etc. She stated from the start that it would take a while for the trade-ins and discounts to kick in. She has followed up to see how we are doing and to verify our bill was reflecting what we discussed. We are saving over $100 a month for a family of 5 with all the bells and whistles we needed. Thank you Erika! read more

Girl who sold us our phones completely misspoke or blatantly lied to get a sale. Dont take their word about phone payoffs.the 850 credit is yet to be seen and our bill is not what she said.Call your current carrier and then once youve confirmed go elsewhere from tmobile. By far the worst service ever. Verizon is the same price and my calls were never dropped and i can use the web.Biggest mistake switching to tmobile and big mistake going to this particular location. read more

Big thank you to Gerry Carrillo, Store Manager at the Camarillo Towne Center Store. My old phone totally died and wouldn't turn on to transfer info to new phone. T-Mobile - Gerry - Mobile Phones Near Me - Camarillo, California

4-11-11 Stopped to get gas at the Shell station at the corner of Las Posas and the 101 freeway. The Camarillo Towne Center is a really convenient little shopping center... Did I say little? I meant ENORMOUS! This place goes for a mile, with two interior roads in addition to the streets around it. There is a Home Depot, Target, Wendy's, Del Taco, and a bunch of other stores. The entire place is landscaped and you are driving through trees and foliage as you wind your way through. Right now there is lots of construction going on to change the onramps/offramps of the 101, so Ventura Blvd. is truncated at a certain point. If you get off the southbound 101 at Central, you can't get to the shopping center by taking Ventura Blvd. Get off at Las Posas. Pretty easy on and off for the freeway, even with the detour. read more

I came to this store after having a bad experience at the store on Arneil Rd in Camarillo. It was like night and day! I explained to Steven that after just 2 weeks of owning my new Google Pixel 6 phone it had stopped working and was in Fastboot Mode and would not advance out of the mode. Steven was very helpful and explained that this store is a corporate store and can do more to help me. Within a few minutes he processed a replacement order for the phone with T-Mobile. He reactivated my old phone so that I could receive calls and texts. The new phone will arrive in 1-3 days and I will be good to go. Like I said, it was like night and day! Thanks Steven! read more

great job alex very helpful and nice! fast service and will return to upgrade a 2nd device

5 Stars for the excellent customer service that Liz Serrato provided, on my complicated business transaction and number porting! Liz really knows her stuff and expeditiously went above and beyond to resolve a complex business matter for me, so thank you Liz! After this experience I will most likely switch my personal phones through Liz over to TM from Verizon, that's how outstanding this experience ended up being. read more

Seriously!!! I call and their message says to check their hours of operation on their website. What the heck? Then the phone just rang and rang-no answering machine. Why should a customer be inconvenienced? If your hours change, change your damn voicemail. read more

I returned with my new phone with so many questions. Not only that, I had locked myself out. Sabrina deserves a medal for being so patient with my inept abilities with tech. She worked on this problem so diligently, and i came away with a working phone. The people at the T-Mobile on Ventura Blvd are wonderful. All of them are so kind and friendly, patient, and know their phones! Sabrina was the best. I was the lucky one to be greeted and helped by her. She saved my phone. She made my day. I also know I can go back anytime to be helped with any phone problems again. read more

Went in to see about adding 2 more lines. I was told I needed to hand over my drivers license. I didn't have it on me, asked if they could confirm another way. Was told no. This is how you lose a 20 year customer with 4 lines and adding 2 more. read more

Love this store for full spectrum service of my sprint phone. The store allows you to pay a bill or replace a bas sim or repair a broken screen glass. The manager maria at the store was in particular super helpful. read more

This review is not about the store but the coverage at the Camarillo outlets it's horrible. You would think they would have great speeds but I can't even look up products on chrome without having to wait a few minutes or getting error code about data. Just bad! read more

This store is wonderful, I first went there when it was Sprint but now t mobile has bought Sprint . In any case I am a very low tech person and these guys always help me with my I phone. I want to thank Cam at this store who was so patient and so helpful to me. I will be very loyal to them as an ongoing customer. read more

Ok. Seriously, these guys were great. No. Really. They were great. I came in sure I had to trash my beloved phone and get a new one. But no. He fixed it in like 30 seconds. They were both really nice and friendly and I was in and out in less than five minutes. These guys rock! read more

went there yesterday after my phone died. Matthew was so helpful! He noticed that I just bought the phone 2 weeks prior and was able to give me a new phone. He made sure all my info was erased on the old one. Once again T-Mobile had the best service ever!! Thank you Camarillo T-Mobile!! read more

I am leaving a one star review for sprint the company. Not the workers all they did was try to help me, but they couldn't do anything which was very frustrating. I'll start with the good Steven from this location is amazing! He helped me sooooo much I could not have not brought my bill down with out his help! This man needs a raise! Thank you for looking out for the customer. I was there for about 2hrs trying to figure out why my bill was $200 as I talked with him we figured they where charging for many add ons that I did not need. I also thought I had completely payed off my 3 phones but the where charging me $2 there$3 here $5 here its crazy! He guided me through the call with customer service guiding me as to what to say. I would have been so lost with out him -_-. I payed $80 for my phones which I thought I had payed off! We unlocked them and now I finally feel comfortable knowing that I own these phones. If I was just told what I would have payed right of the bat, what all these miniscule charges would lead to I wouldn't feel so scammed. Again Steven your the best! Thank you for dealing with me today sorry it took so long *-* As for my service in customer care it was bad to say the least the kept trying to give me offers. If I added another line???? Kept telling them I just wanted my 3 lines talking texting nothing else! I kept getting passed around agents left and right probably spoke to about ten people on the phone. They kept telling me I couldn't do anything about my bill if I didn't go online I told them I don't know my user name or password. Asked if they could help me, the answer not much of a shocker No. Finally after being on the line with them for about an hour we got the quote of $120 but as I asked what my bi would be next time they told me it would be $145? Just say it going to be $145 Don't LIE TO CUSTOMERS!!! I don't know if you knew this but we don't like that. -previous to this First I was told I could bring my iphone xr and change it for one with them that wasn't true. Then I wasn't receiving any messages they couldn't help me. I figured out that my phone number was connected to my iphone account and had to delete it. After they where charging me $200 for a 3 line service. When I was told I would only pay $160 at the time. Then they told me they could bring the price down by adding a 4th "FREE" line that they charged me about $20 for 2mnths. Only brought the price up. Don't waste your time REMEMBER NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD! read more

Needed to trade in my leased phone, so had an older S5 and just needed a SIM card. Was sure I'd have to pay another $25 for this, and to my surprise and the staffs credit... they pulled the SIM from the turned-in phone, then found a used piece of SIM to adjust size (new phone uses micro SIM, old phone uses mini SIM). Quick thinking, heads up staff saved me $$. Answered my technical questions perfectly. Recommended. read more

Had a minor issues with my pre paid account sorted in no time hassle free, thanks to Matt and his staff, will be back again.

I have been to this location several times and it's allways packed with unhappy people waiting. With every experience the employees were not helpfull at all and did seem to care about our needs one bit. Between this store and the one in The Oaks, I don't know which one is worse. I was a 5 year customer of T-mobile and simply could not deal with the poor customer service any longer. T-mobile offered us great service at a great price but must not pay their employees very well beacause they all seem to have the same bad attitude. read more

Got a bad experience here with the branch manager Gris. I had an issue with a promotion where-in I was told to get 50% off iPhone amounting to $500. After a couple of months, a visit to the store and several 611 calls, I didn't receive any bill credits at all. Until a final call to 611 got me a $300 instant credit. Still short by $200 so I was told to visit the store to try and figure it out. Then came the conversation with the branch manager. After a few minutes of discussion, I was told "you are wasting your time and you are wasting my time." I gave up on the $200 credit that I am supposed to get but I feel the need to leave this feedback as I felt that the branch manager acted unprofessionally. read more

I have been to better locations. First off there is construction going on so there is no quick way to get there. This store is located at the furthest corner away from EVERYTHING else. I went in there to look at blue tooth devices and there was no one in the store which isn't surprising. It took a moment for someone to ask if we needed any help. I'd like to come back when construction is done and maybe when there is better service. read more

The people are nice here but they seriously don't know how to do anything! Don't go into stores call T-Mobile instead cuz they can give you better deals, bigger discounts and work with you a lot better, the people in the store aren't trained for that. read more

Truth be told when I first walked into the Camarillo store I was ready to leave Tmobile. After 12 years I'd reached my wits end with the crappy customer service I had received at every other tmobile location and no longer wanted to deal with it; that's when I met Cari and Evelyn and EVRYTHING changed! They resolved ALL the issues I had been having with my devices for pass year got me the watch of dreams and even alerted me to the fact that I have been paying on a device which i have NEVER OWNED for the last 4 years (which I can promise you if it weren't for these AMAZING young ladies would have seriously set me off and guaranteed me switching companies. However I was so impressed with the level of service they delivered I sticking with them and will be referring anyone and everyone to the camarillo tmobile!) They are 100% responsible for your ability to retain this long time customer! read more
