The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

To shut us up they took our number and email address and stated they would call us and get this straightened out they never called us back and we never received the credit we are owed. Also when I went to pick up my husbands new phone they refused to give it to me and kept me there for over an hour and a half and then finally gave me the phone.
