Terrible WiFi for $65 per month Buffers all the time worse…read morethan dialup Called for assistance but no real solutions were offered

I've been to other T-Mobiles in the past and got good service whether it be to get a new phone, or…read moreto get an issue fixed. No other branch has ever given me the issues this one has. To get to the point, my issues with this branch have included (to date): 1. The replacement phone I was getting turned out to be a dud and was "the last one they had." That is until the assistant went into the back and found another. Maybe their "limited stock" isn't as limited as they say. 2. The replacement phone didn't even last a month before it started having issues. The screen dimmed and froze for about 2 hours. Trying to turn it off to reboot it did nothing. It was unresponsive. So, I had to bring it up for them to fix it. 3. Today the phone did an upgrade for my Text messages. The problem was that it wouldn't let me retrieve the messages I had just been looking at without having to take 8 steps to do it. So, another trip to the store. 4. The staff saw me standing there for 10 minutes and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. Even if everyone is busy with customers, the right thing to do is at least acknowledge the customer's presence and let them know they will be helped ASAP. Nope, not this branch. 5. When I finally did get helped, the assistant said I couldn't use my previous messaging anymore, but didn't explain why when I asked. While he was tinkering with my phone, his phone went off. While helping me, he took a call. Judging by the way he spoke it was a personal one. I understand that sometimes a superior will call to make sure calls aren't getting dropped. The right thing to do is tell the customer, "Excuse me, this is my boss." Okay, go ahead and take it. But you absolutely DO NOT take a personal call while you're helping a customer. I don't care how good your multi-tasking skills are. Without customers coming in to do business, the store doesn't need you. Show a little respect to the customers. While on the clock, the customers are your priority, not your personal life. Why do adults have to be told these things?
