Switching to T-mobile was a huge mistake. Their service sucks. No, I will not buy a new phone. My mother went to t-mobile to express that her phone wasn't working well. They insisted that she needs a new phone. She does not need a new phone & she knew this. The salesperson told her that she qualifies for a free tablet with no cost. My mom was skeptical and asked several times to verify it would be free. It wasn't free. We were charged an activation fee, and a service fee for the new device. My mom went back the following day to return the device. They refused because she didn't have the receipt, she says she didn't get one. I went there to help my mom. I suggested looking up the "purchase" on their system & they were able to. They changed us a restocking fee and the service charge for the device is still on my monthly bill. I am trying to have it handled. I would recommend any other service before T-Mobile, but if you insist on going with T-Mobile, at least don't go to this one, unless you would like to be told lies to sell you a product you don't need and charged for a service that hasn't been provided.

Upon talking to the retail manager, Yessy De Jesus, we decided to make the switch. As others have written, we were lied to regarding pricing. We were told the tablets we received would be free - they were not. We've only been customers for 8 months and our bill has gone up $60. I've had to stop at the store, call or use their chat services every single month to argue our bill. One rep told me by taking the Go5G off our plan we'd save money - turns out that removed a promotion on our plan so our bill went up $40. We put it back on to receive the promotion and are no being told it expired, so our bill went up $60. I do not recommend T-Mobile since their customer service is atrocious, and I certainly do not recommend this specific store. We're looking to switch ASAP, unfortunately it's the cost of the phones that is tying us down for the moment.

But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. Thought it survived at first but later on the phone completely died and I was pretty convinced all my photos and stuff were gone for good. Someone told me to check this place out and I'm glad I listened. Alper was the one helping me and somehow got the phone working long enough to transfer everything over to my new phone. I honestly didn't think there was any chance of saving it. Super nice guy great service and they seriously saved me from losing a ton of important stuff. Couldn't thank them enough and definitely recommend this place.

From the start the manager came off arrogant and acted like he really didn't want to help. I was totally respectful and trying to explain with my friends there present. When I said I was self employed trying to explain my phone usage he mocked me by saying "look at me, I'm self employed." We told the associate that we are looking for a plan lower than the $130/mo that Verizon was charging. We told him that we have friends who pay $75 per month and that we would like such a plan. While we were telling him about our requirements he kept checking his computer. He then told us that there was nothing he could do for use and just dismissed us. He said our friends must be on some "old plan" and it would not be available to us. No discussion, no options, nothing. We again confirmed with our friends that they did indeed pay $75 for two phones with T-Mobile.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I signed up in early September of this year for internet and cell…read morephone service, but changed my mind and cancelled everything before any installation was made. I received a cancellation confirmation on Sept 18. I returned the IPhone, unused, to the Butler store and got a receipt...that was the easiest part -no problem at the store. Shortly afterward Verizon started billing me and making automatic withdrawals from my checking account. I had my bank reverse the charges, thinking it was just a mistake, but then I kept getting billing notices - almost daily lately - with threats that this will affect my credit score (which happens to be over 820). Yesterday, I finally succeeded getting (I think) a human agent in an online chat. But every 15 min or so they would switch agents and I had to repeat everything to the new "agent." After more than TWO (2) HOURS of explaining my problem, getting switched to different agents and repeating my problem, I was told they didn't have the info needed to help me. He/she said someone from "financial" would call me back within that day. All day I carried my phone around, but no call ever came from anyone at Verizon. This has taken considerable time and frustration on my part to resolve a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place, because I do not have Verizon equipment installed in my home. At this point I'd gladly pay the ransom they're demanding just to get Verizon off my back and have some peace of mind, but the $ they want from me is different every time - and I fear that they will just keep hitting my checking account, no matter what I do. The single star I'm giving here is for the helpful service I received at the Butler store. They should get 5, but I refuse to let the company take credit for their one human being when everything else is totally ineffective, subpar, and frustrating.

Went to Apple, downloaded an app, transferred all info flawlessly to z iPhone 16, and had quite a few phones, colors, accessories to choose from that didn't need to me mailed to us.
