I checked in again and Heather said, "Yeah it could be fixed, it's a simple case of screen replacement." She ordered the screen (she did not have it with her) and in 2-3 days, I checked again, and it was available, went there, and in 10-15 minutes she fixed it. it's been 7-8 days and though it's nonbrand, it's working fine.
