He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. He limits his client base because it's not about the money it's more of a passion for this guy. I wish you nothing but more success.

Do not use this company…read more During the coldest week of the year, they either egregiously misdiagnosed my heating issue or were absolutely trying to scam me. I was incredibly skeptical so I decided to get a second opinion, and my heat was back up and running within an hour for literally less than 1/6th the cost they quoted me. In the meantime, I sat in the cold for an additional 24 hours. Before then, I was luckily able to get the deposit back for the bogus part they were going to order that I did. Not. Need. But let's say it was just a mistake. It happens. I I tried calling them multiple times per day to get clarification and a refund on the "assessment work" and in the rare times they answered they promised to call back and never did. I still weeks later have not been able to get in touch with someone to even talk about this issue in full. They have completely ghosted me. If you need any plumbing or HVAC work done there is surely somewhere better and at the very least, responsive. Do not use these people.

We could not be happier with our experience with Efficent Air…read more From the very beginning, Eric set this company apart from the competition. During the initial evaluation, he spent significant time in our attic, carefully inspecting our existing system and performing multiple detailed calculations to determine the proper ductwork, return air requirements, and ideal equipment for our home. It was clear he wasn't interested in simply selling us a unit--he wanted to design the right system. Eric recommended a variable-speed communicating system, and the results have been incredible. Our home is now cooler and more comfortable than it has ever been. The technology allows the system to run whisper quiet while continuously circulating air throughout the house, eliminating hot and cold spots and doing an outstanding job controlling humidity as well. We received several quotes, but we ultimately chose Efficent Air Conditioning because we wanted a reputable company with a long-standing track record, excellent customer service, and the ability to stand behind their work for years to come. The warranty they offer gave us even more confidence in our decision. When installation day arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Six highly skilled technicians showed up and performed a flawless installation. Their workmanship was exceptional. They took the time to create the cleanest, most organized installation imaginable, with attention to detail that even an OCD person like myself could appreciate. Everything was neat, professional, and beautifully laid out. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a company that values quality, expertise, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Ent Air Conditioning.

Over the 10 years we've been in this house we've called people to come snake out clogs, but a leaky…read more1st floor shower drain than soaked through our basement bathroom ceiling was the first time we needed a "plumber" plumber. We called Aquino Plumbing based on reviews: 31 of them (a good sample size); all "5 stars" (universal praise is unusual); and what those reviews said (prompt, responsive, transparent, honest, skilled). So glad we called, and we're happy to add our own 5-star review. Texted them on a Sunday and heard back that day. By Monday we had arranged a Tuesday AM appointment, and Ross appeared on time as promised. What looked to me like an impossible-to-reach problem that might involve pulling the shower apart from the first floor took Ross about 10 minutes to assess. He gave us flat price for the job that was so much less than what we were expecting I was SURE he would end up adding to it at the end with "extra time" or "unanticipated this-and-that". I think it took a little longer than expected, but Ross found a way to make the space he needed from underneath. And after running out to get the parts he needed, he made pretty quick work of the job once he got going. The plumbing he removed might have been "DIY" work from a prior owner of the house. Ross explained what he found (or didn't find) in that work, which explained why it started leaking over time. He explained what he was doing differently so that I had a better understanding. Looking at that drain now, there's such a clear difference between professional plumbing work and the work of someone who just tried to figure it out. The leak is now gone, and we have confidence it is gone for good. And the price he quoted before he stated the work is the price he charge at the end. Working with Ross is exactly as everyone else has already noted. Very impressive all the way around. High praise. No negatives. If we ever need a plumber again, he gets the call without hesitation; and we'll recommend him to family and friends whenever anyone asks.

He cleaned the furnace out and changed the filter. He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.
