My first time to Tmobile Flatbush and 7th Ave in a minute.. All I can say is, I'm so glad I did !!!! Huge shout out to Will and the team Raymond, Jose and Dionicio!!! Will was non stopping in figuring out my phone issue. The team went far beyond to help me for almost an hour!!!! The dedication they showed truly proved their customer service and urgency to help. What's with the pink? I have no idea, but I'm not really a fan of it. Anyway, the store is enormous and it smells like Starbucks is seeping through the walls (probably because it is - Starbucks is right next door). The staff at this place is iffy. When I came in here on a Sunday afternoon, the staff member that my friend was talking to seemed bored and uninterested. First and last time coming to this location. I arrived at 7 store closes at 8. I was helped by "MANNY". I told him I wanted to purchase a new phone. Prior coming here I was aware my account had credit. He starts off by telling me no more transfers after 7 we close at 8 which I don't get it's a hour until closing but okay cool " store policy". He then tells me that a promo has ended a new one starts Sunday now I understand your trying to give me a better option, but also he was suppose to pull up my account and then sell the best promotion according to my account. When I stated I have credit he THEN pulls up my account to see I have credit which I already told him and he would've known if he wasn't trying to get me out of the store. Long story short I left the store without a new phone. He CONTINUOUSLY came up with numerous excuses why I should come another day when I was already aware of the process and the money I had to put out to get a new phone. Contrary to other reviews, I had a great experience in this store today! I came in because a third party vendor store (3rd Ave and 45th) had told me $300 worth of accessories came with my phone package, only to be out of state when I received my bill and find that they charged me for all of it. Stuff I would never have bought and had No intention of using. Joseph, the assistant manager, and Adrian, the manager, were both incredibly helpful throughout the process, even calling the other store's manager to ensure they would refund my money. I wanted to give no start. The representative here is so shady. We went to get a new phone and specifically told her that we didn't want jump. At the end, she added it the service without any disclosure. I had to call 611 to get it removed. Also, she recommended phone case and screen protector, saying that those could be bundled with the phone as package for additional 30 bucks. When she asked to sign the contract, we realized that she purposely omitted per month. It was 30 bucks per month. I understand u want to meet your quota, however, those type of sale is totally unacceptable, scary and wrong. I will never ever visit the store again. read more

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are dishonest and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. They refused to honor a refund that I had been promised and sent me on a typical run around and tried to avoid the issue. The experience here could not have been worse. Went in today and replaced my old phone (which was fairly new but had software glitches.) I was able to use my "jump plan" sans any issue. Anil was awesome and though Joseph was not initially my rep, offered tips re: Web-server based email setup...which I NEVER would have been able to figure out myself. Anil also helped me set preferences--and just plain hooked me up--gave me fantastic insight into proper phone features per my usage needs, and the service to go along with it. I noticed a couple of customers with "Park Slope Attitude". Maybe why the service here gets a bum rap? That's my 2 cents. read more

The salesperson at my local t-mobile sold me a screen protector and case with my new phone. In the store they said the cost was about $10 all together. When I got my first bill I see they charged me $38 for the screen protector and $38 for the case. I was totally misled and taken advantage of. These people have no integrity at all. I specifically asked if there were no additional cost and they told me its a good deal and I couldn't go wrong. They actually said it was a promotion. I believed them and was shocked to see that they charged me $75 dollars for a cheap case and screen protector. When I went back they acted like they had nothing to do with the sale and were down right rude and dismissive. They woman there who was particularly rude, said its not thier fault that I believed their lies and it didnt matter what they told me. I trusted those people to have some integrity and not tell out right lies. This was my mistake because when I received the bill I realized they just were liars. But what I take away is the rude way they treated me when I asked them why they didn't tell me the truth. read more

We happened to be passing by a t-mobile and I had a few questions so we decided to walk in. The girl, Kenverly, was able to answer all our questions and did so in a confident, professional manner without being at all pushy. I ended up trading in my old iphone for the new mobile (they gave a great deal btw) and set me up with an interest free payment plan. When I got a little confused about the terms, she explained them very patiently and went through everything in a very efficient and knowledgeable manner. And even helped transfer all my stuff over from my own phone. Was very happy with my experience there! read more

I am MORTIIFIED after dealing with these people. They made several promises, and stuck to making those promises after I asked them repeatedly to confirm those promises. And then, minutes or hours later, backtracked. Lots of excuses, but no real service from this location, on a matter as simple as replacing an insured phone that died after a mere 8 months of use. All I needed was a true delivery date -- not a promised or "scripted" one, that they later admitted was just a lie they were required to tell -- so that I could give them the correct delivery address for UPS. Now I'm without my contacts for as much as a week, even though I have backup service. Even their promised backup to my Gmail account failed. T-Mobile is terrible. Tell your friends. And tell them never to believe ANYTHING they're told by the Flatbush Avenue store in particular. I tried over two days to get the real story, not just a "I'll be honest with you" lie, and had no success. I got repeated lies, not just a single one, admitted to be a misunderstanding and then corrected. All I got was a guy screaming at me on the phone, refusing to shut up when I tried to explain what I needed. Shameful. I think this location should be shut down. read more
