On 23 June 2026, I visited this store. I was on vacation and my phone screen went white. I asked for a 17 Pro Max with my existing phone plan and stated that I didn't care about any promotions or what it would cost monthly; he was insistent that he find every promotion possible... wonderful, I thought but I need to have every existing perk or keep my existing plan. I was told that it was NOT possible to keep my plan with the new phone. I then said if EVERYTHING will remain the same, go ahead and switch the plan; I made sure I asked several times if my plan would remain the same.... Inquiring about random items such as Travel Pass and Disney+ and I was assured that it would. I get back to my home state the next day, and try to use Apple Music & I'm told within the app that I have to subscribe. Odd. So I call Verizon and they said it'll be an extra $8 to subscribe. So I subscribed. The representative also let me know that there was an additional line added for a 16 Pro Max.... I had a 13 Pro Max (that broke) and left with a 17 Pro Max so now I'm confused. I asked them to remove the additional line. THE NEXT DAY, I'm watching something on Disney+, and now I have ads. The individual that "helped" me with this new phone had completely screwed up my services. So, after chatting with two representatives upon returning home... guess what happened....... They put me back on my original plan. Funny. The same plan I was told wouldn't be possible with the new phone. Not only did I have to pay ($130) in store but I HAD TO PAY ($70) TO GET BACK ON MY ORIGINAL PLAN. The plan HE changed. If I find my receipt I will include his name. The actual customer service was amazing but the deceptive practices and decisions were disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS YOU GO LINE BY LINE WITH THEM. read more

I came to return a router. Didn't have any issues with the return but I also had a billing question and before even hearing the question, the worker told me they don't handle any billing inquiries and told me to call customer service. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a store if they are unable to answer questions in person. I also overheard another customer saying she lost her phone and the worker said we close in 30 mins. You can go to the Apple Store to buy an iPhone. Seems like they really don't want customers here. read more

I've used this store for the past 2 years when purchasing MiFi for a weekend long charity event. Last year, Richard was super helpful in assisting me and answering all my questions. The whole process took about 45min, and they walked me through everything so it would be perfectly setup for the event. Fast forward to this year, and I wanted to reactive the same devices plus purchase a couple more. Unfortunately, I didn't have the physical devices with me to reactive, but Richard and Devonne offered to look in my purchase history to find the device numbers to activate remotely. That was SO nice and saved me hours of time. Devonne even followed up with me to make sure everything worked perfectly! Best Verizon I've been to. I've went to Lynne a few times now, each time she remembers me and it's so nice and helpful. She's great at explaining everything to you, and will do everything she can to save you money. She helped me upgrade my phone, and even let me know that if I waited a month, I'd get a better deal. Employees here are nice and want to help but are not knowledgeable. I came in last week for something that should've taken 10 minutes but instead took over an hour because nobody here actually knows what they're doing. Honestly though that's sadly the level of quality I've come to expect from physical Verizon stores. Save yourself the time and just give customer support a call if you can. You're better off trying to fix issues yourself instead of going to the store! One last thing, their credit card readers don't work for Visa cards, but they don't tell you that beforehand read more

Terrible experience. Bought a prepaid jetpack here for use during travel that never worked despite activation and multiple calls to Verizon customer support and branch itself. Never received a refund for device, prepaid minutes, nor activation fee. Being a postpaid Verizon customer for many years this is very disappointing. This is my second device problem (this branch and another branch from a different state) that I purchased from a Victra "Verizon" store. Never again. read more

She was lovely, helpful and persevered through some connection issues to make sure we got up and running. I just went in to drop off my fios equipment, but every single employee was extremely kind. One employee even helped me close my umbrella because my hands were full! When I completed turning in my equipment, I was politely asked about my cell service, and was told about a deal that they currently had; they were not pushy at all. Verizon have l totally STOLEN my money. I bought a router online and was advised to return to a store. My router was happily received at this authorized reseller. But the router can't be found and it cost me $217.00 that will not be reimbursed. The store have denied any accountability even though I have a receipt. And after literally eight hours on the phone to Verizon no one will issue a refund for something I returned a day after receiving. VERIZON ARE CROOKS! read more

I'd definitely give this place zero stars. It is scheduled to open at 10. The sales person didn't get there until 1015. Then when she unlocks the door she asks for 2 mins to open. After 10 minutes on the inside she places a sign on the window that says they will open shortly. She leaves the line outside in the cold with no explanation. If this wasn't the closest store to me I would've left. Please learn some professionalism. read more

Horrible store, I received two routers by mistake, went there to return one of them, the girl working there was not interested in listening why i am returning equipment she just closed my account and disconnect my service, as a result i spend 3 hours explaining the situation and creating new account, more then that I need to return my second router and pick up new one. I arranged with Verizon to use my own router for Fios. They suggested this location as one of the places to return their router. Big mistake! A few minutes after dropping off the router I received an email with a "disconnect confirmation". I called the store, apparently if you drop off a router they just assume you're discontinuing your service. They never asked and it seems there's no notes to indicate that I had recently started using my own router. Here's the kicker, as per numerous Verizon customer service reps there's no way to simply reinstate the service. Hours of time were spent messaging and calling, to learn that a new service needs to be set up, including a visit from a technician because that's what "the system" insists on. So now I apparently won't have internet for a week or so. Some of this is Verizon's/corporate's fault. But the people at Victra could have done MUCH better, they didn't even apologize. Update: There's nothing to add in an email. After spending lots of time with Verizon they got me up and running less than 24 hours later. But the whole hassle could've been avoided if Victra wouldn't have canceled my service without confirming. read more

I went drop off my old equipment & pick the new router & extender. She was so busy on phone & listening to music that she didn't even bother to check she happened to give me the exact equipment that I was returning. First she even denied that I have any order for pick up. When I showed my order print out then she decide to look it up on computer. After getting my router & extender, I asked to make sure she gave me the right equipment & she said yes. When I brought the item home, i happens to find out She gave me same router & extender that I upgraded to. It was a complete waste of time. I've never had such a terrible experience. I don't know how I had the patience to wait on hold over an hour because the employee, who didn't know what mbps was, couldnt work the credit card machiene. after all that he said they didnt have tv equipment even though they are a 'fios' store.
