I stopped to get two new phone lines for my parents and the Hispanic guy that helped us was very nice and super friendly. I was looking into the senior citizen program but he ended up helping them out. The prices for two line even three is way overpriced but he was able to work up a plan with two new phones. I had a fantastic experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, every employee was welcoming and knowledgeable and eager to help. I recently switched my Internet and cell service the entire team went above and beyond to make this process seamless. I originally went to the location on North Avenue in Carol Stream, the employees they barely gave me the time of day. Totally misled by sales person. I was told that if I ported my and my husbands phone from AT & T and traded in our current phones I would receive a $200 Visa card for each line after 90 days. I went back to this location prior to the 90 days and was assured it was on the way and given a number to call in case I didn't receive it. Since I hadn't received it a week after it was due I called the number and was informed I had been misinformed and wasn't eligible for the promo. I feel as if I not only was lied to but I feel they are using deceptive practices. I'll never recommend this establishment nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Can you please get rid of Witold immediately? Nice guy for the most part, but completely clueless as a store manager. I came in to routinely swap out my iPhone using Jump On Demand. I spent nearly an hour in the store while he tried to figure out if the iPhone X Max I was returning had water damage. If you can't figure it out, it's not fair to make me pay the price for your cluelessness by making me wait for 1+ hour. Given that I have changed phones with Jump over 5 times with no problem, you should give the customer the benefit of the doubt and not hold me hostage in the store due to your incompetence. read more

Well let me just say that this has been the experience you hear about when you hear about third party authorized sellers. This Tmobile is exactly that. My family was looking to take advantage of the Tmobile bogo deal and we're in the area. We stopped at this location because we were near but not from the area. I and another family member were looking to port over from att while two other members were eligible for upgrades with Tmobile. Long story short we stopped at this location hoping to be explained the program with and have any questions answered. The experience was everything but, the female sales person was annoyed with any question we asked. They didn't carry the 2 of the devices we were looking for so our option was to have them shipped. This will cost us another 6.99 plus tax for shipping. The salesperson didn't say much to us while we waited other than of there are any mistakes I make that we needed to comeback to this location so she can fix her mistakes. This should have been my red flag, but I wanted to get the deal over with, bad mistake. Furthermore she didn't explain anything regarding plans, and added insurance without offering to add. The salesperson added to mobile one plus plan which was not part of the original plan with the Tmobile currently the family members, nor did we get the Netflix free as the promotion promotes. We ultimately found this out by going to the corporate location in lower level of the local Stratford mall. The sales person Dom was an entirely different experience and did his best clean up the ill feeling we had with this third party owned Tmobile location. Please safe yourselves time and visit a corporate location as the customer service at this location is a nightmare. Fortunately I am one who had the ill feeling and looked over the final sale when I settled down at home. I wish I would have listen to my gut with the red flags and left instead of purchasing or having this experience but hopefully this bad experience for me is one you do not have to encounter. Ultimately this experience was not what anyone wants or expects. The lack of communication on the salesperson behalf I believe is part of the ploy, so she can add services you initially didn't have, add insurance without explaining and or not explaining the current plan. If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. Words can't express how bad this experience ultimately was. If your in the area the local Tmobile in the mall on lower level is much better experience. There's also a third party location on the 2nd level I didn't try because I wanted a corporate store. I was in the area and needed help with a technical issue on my phone so I stopped into this store. I was immediately greeted, which was nice, but I felt like this guy was yelling at me. He was so loud and obnoxious, and I was standing right in front of him. Big tall guy with a beard and gauges in his ears. He was too assertive and wasn't very articulate. I would say I'm a loyal T-Mobile user. Never really had a problem with there service...until I went to this store. Takes forever to get someone to help. I felt these people had no clue what was going on and had no customer service skills. The guy that helped me was a complete jerk. I bought an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5c. I asked for a screen protector on both phones but instead of placing two different size protectors on each phone (since they both have different screen sizes) he cut the iPhone 6 protector and placed it on the 5. Obviously it looked awful and I asked for a refund but he wouldn't give it to me. I mean, who does this. They sure know how to keep up with their lousy service. I came in to upgrade my phone, the woman talked me into their bundle of a case, and screen protector. She put the screen protector on and told me to wait 24 hours before I put the case on. I put the case on the next and the screen protector is coming off, with bubbles all over. I called tmobile, in which they called the store. I went to the store and of course they had no more replacements. They told me to come back Thursday, I called instead. Still no screen protectors. They said they would order from a different store and I could come in the following week. I called again, and no one ever ordered a screen protector. Finally days later they told me they had more after I CALLED. I liked how the woman told me she would call me to let me know when it was in. I came in the store and they said they were replacing it as a COURTESY. Um if you didnt screw up the first time I would'nt have come back. Not sure why I am being blamed for something you don't know how to do. Keep in mind both these women were store managers. Wow..worst experience. I bought the iphone 6plus , put a $200.00 payment, mind you the district manager ANGELA was helping me. She claimed my installment payments would be $15.00 I look at my recipt 12 days later, this woman did not lower my installment payment. She instead left my installment payments for $30.00 a month, meaning she rung up my phone and then added my $200.00 later. I drove back to the store returned my phone and rebought , it however they now charged me $58.00 for "taxes". I called tmobile and they told me that they refunded the money back. Clearly these people dont know how to run a business..oh btw when this was all happening, the district manager Angela did not come up to me and apologize for HER MISTAKE, she instead told her employees what to do when it came to my phone. Because of all the errors this particular store gave me, the loyalty department didnt even know what they did and why. They gave me credits on my bill, and took all my info down.
