Most of the time I can find what I need. The guys that work there are mostly kids or young men and women and usually don't know anything about electronics so you have to be prepared when you go in. I think radio shack has become mostly about selling cell phones so it's not like it used to be. I hear that Radio Shack headquarters is going to have to close a few hundred stores so I'm hoping this won't be one of them. It has served me well for many years. I miss the old days when they had the battery club. LOL They gave you a card for free and you could pick out one free battery a month. They would punch the card each time you picked one up. I used to get a free 9 volt every month.

She was awesome!!, took care of everyone of my friends and family members when they need any electronic device or accessories. She is now a manager close to her home of New York, of which she will be greatly missed. So now I have made friends with a sales associate named Kyle. As young as he is, to me he is the male version of Victoria. Took great care of my mom when she got her iPhone 6 upgrade. According to my mom even though the store was busy he took care of her and the customers. Showing her how to work the phone. Oh boy now my mom is the texting queen, Selfies and all! Yikes!! Radio shack is still my favorite store for all me electronic accessories and phone upgrades.

The Enfield Verizon has bounced around from plaza to plaza, but I first went to this one on Hazard Ave a few months ago to upgrade my phone. The customer service was fine, nothing special. I usually buy my iphone accessories on Amazon, but the rep had really good things to say about a certain screen protector/shield so I bought it. Keep in mind that I have owned a smart phone for almost 10 years and have never had to actually replace a screen protector... until yesterday... About 1 month into owning my phone the screen protector cracked. I have no idea what the inciting event was. I was out to dinner, looked at my phone, and noticed several cracks in the shield. I went to this place yesterday to replace it, and one of the reps replaced it. I didn't have to wait too long, but the man who helped me wasn't particularly nice. The replacement shield cost $35 and I left... ... However, by that same night, I noticed THIS screen protector had also been damaged along the edge. It couldn't have been on my phone for more than 5 hours. I went back the following day and immediately when I walked in I saw the same rep who sold me the one yesterday. He didn't smile or acknowledge my presence, I basically explained the situation to him. He was immediately skeptical, looked at me over his glasses and basically just asked me what I did to cause this. I tried to explain it wasn't my fault. He seemed extremely annoyed at me inconveniencing him with my problem. In the off chance he's just super socially awkward I won't print his name, but suffice it to say he wasn't nice about it, not apologetic, and did not acknowledge that there's a possibility the product is just crap. He did replace my protector with a completely different brand and I got to use store credit for the terrible one I bought the day before. I'm giving this place one extra star because one employee, Nigel, was actually very nice, courteous, and helpful. So if you have to go to this Verizon store, basically just ask to have him. I would take a drive to one further away to avoid the rest of the customer service reps.
