My experience was...dare I say...pleasant? Came on Black Friday to buy the latest iPhone. Didn't…read morewait too long and our CSR, Audrene, was well versed in the promos and super patient with my many, many questions. There was a new iPad and Apple Watch offer available to anyone who was buying an iPhone (Black Friday special, perhaps?) but after crunching the numbers with my partner (it calls for additional lines and a 3-year contract commitment) we realized it wasn't for us. But Audrene was super patient as we worked it out amongst ourselves. She was also not salty when my kid tracked brownie crumbs all over the store or when we started re-enacting the lift scene from Dirty Dancing in the middle of the store. Case selection was sad and overpriced but I think that's par of for the course.

My bill for WiFi and tv has gone up 25% since February! That's insane. Called today and a…read morecustomer rep in the billing department said my bill hasn't increased, but promotions had expired. I took exception to that because my bill has increased by 25%, no matter how they try to spin it. That's classic.

Cox's Wifi is HORRIBLE. As someone in the IT-field who works from home 3rd shift, I can honestly…read moresay I have NEVER had a provider so bad. The Wi-Fi goes into an outage at least once month, sometimes multiple nights in a row...forcing me to drive into work at all hours of the night. I understand the need to update and/or do network maintenance every now and then, but I NEVER dealt with this many instances with Xfinity in all of my years working my job. I pay for the top-teir internet product they offer only to NOT be able to use it when I need to...without ANY maintenance warnings or alerts. I'm beyond disappointed and after, yet another, night in a row that I will be having to drive into the office at 3am, I will be calling in to complain and get my bill reduced. Today is 4/19/23 and they currently have a notice on the site saying the outage may be active until 3/23/23?!?!?! They're AWFUL. 0 out of 10...would NEVER recommend.

There are not enough Great things that I can say about Geek Bro Repair. They were recommended by a…read moreco-worker and I'm so happy I went with Larry (the owner). I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

Company Review:  (unfortunately, this hurts all local AT&T Stores, so I'm posting it at multiple)…read more AT&T has fragmented its business model so poorly, that phones and deals done at Target or BJ's or other retailers cannot be supported or investigated by in store staff.  Okay, sounds fair you might say, but AT&T CORPORATE STORES CANNOT HELP YOU if you performed a PHONE PURCHASE, UPGRADE or other transactions with AT&T directly using their OWN CORPORATE RUN WEBSITE?   What a farce.  And Goodness help you if you go to a RESELLER STORE MASQUERADING AS A CORPORATE RUN STORE, because there is not an obvious way to know the difference, but they'll be even less helpful!! I'll be leaving similar reviews at all the local AT&T stores.  If you want to be able to go, and have a Store Manager fix an issue for you, ONLY deal with the store directly, never the online store or phone customer service.   The whole company is built to grab your money and waste your time.   Consider another cellular provider.
