I don't like that you have to walk in and see a line. If you don't know to sign in and get in line,…read moreyou get lost because you're eager to jump in that line. Here you sign in first and then get in the lin or sit to be called.. That's why places like this they have to be watching the door and working really hard to get you on that list because you wait for a while and someone else comes in after you and gets served before you, that could start a spiral of contempt. I was helped after a very long wait. And when I left I still had to call back to Verizon and get my plan and activation of my account and my device turned on. I waited a couple days before use of that device to find out that it wasn't activated and then my plan not being started is a major fail. You got to find out when people walk in what it is that they want. Then queue them according to that. Letting people sit for a long time and wait is a horrible plan for customer service.

The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!

I didn't have an appointment, so the staff at the front entrance asked me what I needed and I explained. She put in my information on her iPad, pointed at the table where I should wait for another staffer to meet me and help. What's Hot - Wait time/system. The staff at the front entrance didn't take very long to ask me what I needed done and tell me where to wait. I also didn't wait long for the staff who found me at the desk to help me. I waited only a couple of minutes. During this time of the pandemic, their staff explained that the public can make appointments online for in-store service. Good to know, because I've always walked-in for service. Even so, I was still able to get service without having made an appointment. More importantly, I didn't have to wait long and I came on an early Saturday afternoon when the mall was busy. - Service. Polite and efficient. Their staff who helped me didn't waste time. He was efficient. He knew what information he needed to look for on my old MacBook and iPhone to determine the trade-in value. I received max trade-in value for my items. To be fair, the trade-in value is going to depend per item, but it just goes to show how well I take care of my tech! Haha... I know it was the max trade-in value, because I used Apple's website beforehand to enter the general parameters to determine what a max trade-in value could be at the store. When the staffer, who was helping me, needed help, he was able to get that from another staffer who stayed with him until he was finished. Because I brought in 2 items, they gave me 1 gift card with the requisite value for each item. They then combined both values and put it on one gift card, which I appreciated. I definitely didn't want to keep track of 2 cards. They also gave me the choice of trading in my items for something new that day or putting it on a gift card for future use. They were helpful and informative. They answered all my questions. - Health and safety. During this time of the pandemic, I saw all their staffers wear a mask. No exceptions. I did see a few customers not wear masks, but we're also in the time where federal and state governments are beginning mask and/or vaccine requirements for businesses, as well. What made me more comfortable is that ALL staff were wearing masks. - Layout. Clean and open. The inside of the store looked clean and well-organized. Bright, spacious, and accommodating. Final Answer This seems like a good location to go to.
