Jose is the manager here, and he knows the answer to getting everyone the best promotions and the best price. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I've been with T-Mobile for over a decade and living in Truckee for 8 years, and I can honestly say, the team at this store is the best. They're always super friendly, easy to talk to, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need--just honest advice on things they'd use themselves. Every visit is a good one. I end up smiling, having a laugh, and leaving knowing I got exactly what I needed. It's great to have a place like this in Truckee. Thanks, guys, for always making it easy! read more

T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - T-Mobile Store @ 11260 Donner Pass Rd. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Truckee, California

Was in Lake Tahoe Kayaking over the weekend when my iPhone XS dropped straight into the lake. Good news- my hubby was able to retrieve it snorkeling at a depth of about 6 feet. Bad news- a hour later, the screen flashed yellow and green streaks as the water damage finally got to it! I need my phone for work so I stopped into this Tmobile in Truckee to see what my options were for getting an upgrade. Kudos to Edward (Store manager) and Zachary for their fine customer service. They came up with a solution for me and I left with a new upgrade to iPhone 11 with no $$$ out of pocket! That was the best part and I get to enjoy a brand new phone with a larger screen. They were not pushy sales people but felt they were there to help out and meet my needs. Thank you Tmobile! read more

T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - My new iPhone 11! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Truckee, California

I had T-Mobile internet for one year. After a year the speed decreased significantly. I cancelled my contract and returned the gateway as instructed. Two weeks later I saw that my card had been charged for another month! I made several calls to T-Mobile and got several different answers as to why? Eventually I was told that I would receive a refund to my card in approximately ten days. Weeks later I received a document in the mail indicating a refund was coming. It has been 3 months and still no refund!!! Beware of this company, they are thieves and have terrible customer service! Hours after writing this initial review I received a statement in the mail from T-Mobile indicating it had credited my account the money it owes me!!! As I previously stated the account was closed months ago. Having little to do today, I called them again. After approximately 30 minutes in explaining my issue with the Agent he apologized and assured me that this time they would credit my card. He also said the last agent I spoke with did not issue the refund as she had promised me. I will wait and see but doubt I will ever see the refund! Once again steer clear of T-Thieves! read more

Zachary and Jose's were AMAZING!!! They were vey helpful to meet our needs. So nice to be treated with kindness and receive professional help.......unlike the other major internet company in our area. Highly recommend this store and the service they provide. read more

Got my phone service going after poor reception from another carrier. They were very nice and professional, also laughed at my jokes.

After seeing all the positive reviews, it makes me wonder why I was treated so meh. I walked in with a broken phone and was immediately asked, "are you buying a new phone or going for the insurance? Because I said insurance I was told I had to deal with that myself. No offer to help (except being directed to the flyer), no commiseration just a "not my problem" vibe. I understand that they make commission so sales are important, but if you're part of a network- a team so to speak- you should also be supportive and helpful of the people who buy into your team. I'm extremely disappointed back the lack of warmth. I feel rejected, phone-less or lacking an immediate resolution. Bummer... If I ever HAVE to go back there- which I don't see myself buying from them- I do hope my feelings are adjusted. read more

Jose is awesome at Truckee T-Mobile. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Zac was also amazing! The Jose and Zac team is the best! I switched from AT&T (30 years) to T-Mobile. With a team as great as these two, I am a fan for life! Thank you so much Jose and Zac, you guys are the best!! read more

Was in the store today. Only 1 salesperson who was busy helping someone buy a new phone. As we waited the salesperson had a question for his manager in the back. I asked if his manager could come out and just ring up an accessory for us. We were told that the manager was doing " manager stuff'" and could not come out because he had to finish his manager stuff so that the managers manager wouldn't get mad at him. So this store would rather give up a sale than to come out and help a customer.Terrible customer service. Also, the salesman was mocking my 75 yr old mother. Would never use this T-Mobile and the district manager should get his managers and sales staff to remember that making the sale and helping customers should be the priority in a storefront. read more

I went in for a second replacement sim card because when I got the first one, which I told them I myself had lost, for no charge. Edward, who I assume to be the manager, told me that because they don't a ton of business, they were trying to boost their customer servive/support to get more people in their store. I went in again today for another sim card, same reason, and Edward told me something totally different and said there was a charge for the sim card this time. I'm new to T-mobile and I feel like a replacement sim card should be something I can get for no charge. I specifically came to this store from reno because I was told I could get one free of charge. What a waste of time. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm in Lake Tahoe on my honeymoon and had to switch my wife over to T-Mobile. Andy, the district Manager and Zach and Juliana were beyond amazing. The other guy, I'm Sorry I couldn't remember your name, also was amazing. They did not have the phone my wife was getting, so Andy, drove all the way to Reno and back for us. Never have I met anyone who would do that. I've had this issue before at other stores and their suggestion has always been, try a different store. This was beyond my best experience ever at any cell phone store. Usually they're not pleasant but these guys were patient, amazing, and deserve all the business in the Tahoe area. Thank you guys!! read more

My husband and I came to Tahoe for our honeymoon and decided it was time to switch me over to t-mobile and upgrade my phone! Andy, the district manager, immediately helped find the perfect package for us. His staff was beyond professional and everyone was so eager and patient to help. Zachary helped us the most, and even over the phone when we called ahead, he was so helpful! Juliana and William were also there to help guide us with any further questions. I would 10000% recommend this t-mobile as the customer service was excellent and the process of getting a new phone and switching over was beyond easy! Thank you t-mobile! read more

Great Service! Andy, the Dist Manager, went above and beyond to handle a complicated transfer. When we could not confirm coverage at my cabin, Andy jumped in the car and drove to my cabins to ensure coverage was good. That's above and beyond. The local store staff was also very helpful. read more

A little pushy for my taste . Neat and clean just not helpful . The team seemed only driven for what they wanted not in anyway to help me .
