Associate Austin made a personal threat against me, verbally attacked me, was talking to me like I was stupid. He wouldn't answer any of my questions, he was being very disrespectful, kept hanging up the phone when I was trying to get information on why he kept changing the pricing. I spoke to "manager" ally , and she was no help. Right from the start, she was taking sides with her employee, wasn't even hearing me out, didn't want to hear what I had to say, and was twisting the stories to get me off the phone. Julia was no help, I tried to ask for her several times and she was no where to be found. Only when associates makes threats to customers, "management" isn't available. And if for some reason they are, they will do NOTHING about it, and just do all they can to get you off the phone. These folks are great, very courteous, friendly, efficient, covid-masked. With one minor complaint. They're really bad at planning delivery times. Every order says 60-90 minutes, so you have to plan for that. But then every order seems to show up in 20 to 30 mins. So basically, I need to find a 2 hour window when no one else is home, and I won't be doing anything that I can't disturbed from, and then place the order right then because no advance ordering is possible. I can't plan around that sort of vagueness. I know this is Truckee, which means that everyone's on "mountain time" (which really means "we don't own watches or clocks") but that's a PITA. Especially with this product. I need to plan for when I'm home, and kids aren't. Or if I meet you at Safeway, then I need to plan for when I am going to be out doing errands...And then I gotta be at Safeway in about a 10 minute window. I'm an adult with obligations dagnabbit. I can't be sittin' around waiting for a weed delivery like I did when I was 16, and I can't just drop everything else to go and meet "the guy." A better system? Let people pick a delivery window, and order in advance. I know I can be here between 2 and 4pm tomorrow. Let me put that order in tonight after you close and pick a delivery window. (That would require you to let people order in other than real time, which your system doesn't currently allow. It just empties the cart if I try to order after hours.) Or, do what some of your competitors do: We leave for delivery runs at 11, 2 4 and 7. Pick a run and plan to be there in the 1, 2 or whatever hour window of time after that. This is what I really don't like about delivery services, but no one has brick and mortar around here except in Incline. read more

I love how smoothly the ordering and delivery process is! If you would have told my teenage self that I could get weed legally delivered to me in 2020 I would have never believed it! They include text messages updating you with your order and even a tracker for the delivery driver so you know when they will arrive! One suggestion would be to add a color description/make of the car so you know who to look out for if you live in a popular residential area. I ordered the heavy hitters vape cartridges which are reasonably priced considering that we do live in a tourist area, but you cannot beat the convenience of delivery! I also ordered the dark chocolate bar and chocolate covered espresso beans which I am looking forward to trying. I also purchased their new cannabis-infused tonic drinks which sounded very intriguing. My delivery driver Mike had no trouble finding me and made the process painless for paying and picking up. Then the super rude delivery driver rushed me around saying I had to pay before I got their and their was nothing he can do and tried to get back in his car and take off. they don't seem to care about locals since they're the only ones in town. The only reason I buy from them is they have a monopoly on the town. The same exact carriages from Sacramento or LA are $20-$40 cheaper. Just because we are in a tourist town doesn't mean you should charge tourist prices for locals. No deals on Christmas. None on New Years. Product is over priced. I hope another company comes to truckee so the prices will get a little more competitive. Because they really don't seem to care about locals since they're the only ones in town. There loyalty programs is 3% that doesn't even cover tax most of the time.
