Umm, this place is perfect. I have 3 kids and ant in my pantalones and every rarely get to take short cuts. I am tried and burnt out and was over the moon that someone would bring me my stuff!! I absolutely appreciate the ability to order my happy gummies online and have them show up at my door. I needed some THC and CBD stuff and found what I wanted and alakazam some lovely human showed up with my goods. It is straight up Mary Jane magic. Don't be an ass like me, tip them before they have to ask for it. Whoops! read more

Don't be thieves And then I complained these pieces of crap rather than handling. A simple situation simply told me to take my business elsewhere, which I absolutely will, but I'm gonna continue again and again to make sure people know these people will lie to you. I spoke with a bartender, I said are these regular buds or smalls? He arrogantly told me we don't have any smalls well look at the package on the right that clearly says smalls, right on the bag Tried to reach out to Todd Winters, the owner and again this company all they did was block me banned me so I filed a complaint with the cannabis board and now they told me to take my business to their competitor Tahoe, honey which absolutely I have no problem doing two orders with you guys I spent $300 and you decide to rip me off and be a bunch of deceiving delivery only thieves, bait, and switch. Terrific service and great selection. The happy hour surprise was much appreciated! Strongly recommend

I come back because there's no games there's a price it's more than fair you don't have to do any mental math in your head you don't have to buy a certain amount to get a great deal The products are as advertised and the effects on you are per person that's how life is the people are good the product is good the vibe is good if you want better you may just be fooling yourself. read more

So accommodating, they are great at communicating with you. Drivers are always quite literally the nicest people I've met. They are timely, respectful and always fun to chat. Products are greta quality without being insanely expensive. 11/10 would recommend. read more

Stay far from this place. Their truckee location don't even show up on google. Worst customer service ever. This was my second time giving them a try. Same result as last time. Horrible customer service. The first time I came here I got yelled at by their male delivery driver. The company made it right but it took me a year to give them a second opportunity and guess what still rude as can be. Thanks. read more

Service was awesome. I am not a regular user and Lauren answered my questions and set me up with the right product. The whole experience was fantastic read more

Associate Austin made a personal threat against me, verbally attacked me, was talking to me like I was stupid. He wouldn't answer any of my questions, he was being very disrespectful, kept hanging up the phone when I was trying to get information on why he kept changing the pricing. I spoke to "manager" ally , and she was no help. Right from the start, she was taking sides with her employee, wasn't even hearing me out, didn't want to hear what I had to say, and was twisting the stories to get me off the phone. Julia was no help, I tried to ask for her several times and she was no where to be found. Only when associates makes threats to customers, "management" isn't available. And if for some reason they are, they will do NOTHING about it, and just do all they can to get you off the phone. THREATS ARENT TAKING LIGHTLY, and if your associates are going to make threats towards a customer, at least have the decency to hear the customer out. read more

I just order from them and had them Drive down to my house at Tahoma. When TESS she had a very unfriendly tone like normal, she never really said hi or had any small talk, this would be a reason for a tip. I had just not enough funds in my account and went back inside real quick to retrieve two quarters. I gave her them. She then Got real mad saying she doesn't have the time to drive down here and supply me if I don't tip, I of course was in shock and became aggitated ,well that only made things worse she then threatened to not give me my weed even though I just bought it, I then had to puppy dog eye her and say sorry like four times....I GUESS DO T ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOUR GOING TO LEAVE A 15 $ tip even if you have to wait 2 hours doesn't matter there needs to be a tip WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER read more

These folks are great, very courteous, friendly, efficient, covid-masked. With one minor complaint. They're really bad at planning delivery times. Every order says 60-90 minutes, so you have to plan for that. But then every order seems to show up in 20 to 30 mins. So basically, I need to find a 2 hour window when no one else is home, and I won't be doing anything that I can't disturbed from, and then place the order right then because no advance ordering is possible. I can't plan around that sort of vagueness. I know this is Truckee, which means that everyone's on "mountain time" (which really means "we don't own watches or clocks") but that's a PITA. Especially with this product. I need to plan for when I'm home, and kids aren't. Or if I meet you at Safeway, then I need to plan for when I am going to be out doing errands...And then I gotta be at Safeway in about a 10 minute window. I'm an adult with obligations dagnabbit. I can't be sittin' around waiting for a weed delivery like I did when I was 16, and I can't just drop everything else to go and meet "the guy." A better system? Let people pick a delivery window, and order in advance. I know I can be here between 2 and 4pm tomorrow. Let me put that order in tonight after you close and pick a delivery window. (That would require you to let people order in other than real time, which your system doesn't currently allow. It just empties the cart if I try to order after hours.) Or, do what some of your competitors do: We leave for delivery runs at 11, 2 4 and 7. Pick a run and plan to be there in the 1, 2 or whatever hour window of time after that. This is what I really don't like about delivery services, but no one has brick and mortar around here except in Incline. read more

Fast and easy! Delivered quickly and so convenient. Delivery person was friendly and helpful. Will use again!

My driver came promptly to the ritz Carlton, which can be quite a haul but he made it on time, wearing a mask and gloves, the product was amazing and his manners were impeccable... quality cannabis and people for the win!!!! Thanks for the first time discount of 10% I saved like $80!!! read more

I mean, it really just doesn't get any better. It's easier and more convenient than ordering an Uber here in Truckee. Great team, great service, great selection that's always changing. I love how I can follow new products via Instagram as well. Thanks guys! -Michael from Old Town Tap read more

Love this place. Living in Truckee really my only options for cannabis are to drive to Reno or Incline Village. That is until I found out about Winter Greens. High quality product at a reasonable price. And you can pay with a card for only a $5 fee which is the first I've seen with a recreational dispensary in this area. You can also track your drivers whereabouts via a link they text you. Loving their selection, particularly the stuff from Humboldt's Finest read more

Awesome - great CA selection, prompt and friendly delivery. Can get my California favs again - much more choices than Nevada (and better IMO), and don't have to drive anywhere! read more

First time using this service, great website, prompt delivery, and excellent product selection. 5 stars, will use again!

I love how smoothly the ordering and delivery process is! If you would have told my teenage self that I could get weed legally delivered to me in 2020 I would have never believed it! They include text messages updating you with your order and even a tracker for the delivery driver so you know when they will arrive! One suggestion would be to add a color description/make of the car so you know who to look out for if you live in a popular residential area. I ordered the heavy hitters vape cartridges which are reasonably priced considering that we do live in a tourist area, but you cannot beat the convenience of delivery! I also ordered the dark chocolate bar and chocolate covered espresso beans which I am looking forward to trying. I also purchased their new cannabis-infused tonic drinks which sounded very intriguing. My delivery driver Mike had no trouble finding me and made the process painless for paying and picking up. Great service! The first time I ordered back in December, I had a question about applying the first time buyer discount and a lady on the phone was super polite and informative by letting me know that they add the discount on their end. She even sent me a follow-up text message stating the new total which was a nice touch. I definitely recommend Winter Greens and will be using them in the future. read more

I was in need of some medicine and called to ask some questions. I tried to pay over the phone and she wouldn't let me, she said a driver was close to my area and that it wouldn't be very long. I proceed to to get a text saying it could be two hours before they arrive!!!! I would have went somewhere else, but now my order has been placed so I wait. Cancel my plans for the evening and now all the other delicious services are closed when they show up. Then the super rude delivery driver rushed me around saying I had to pay before I got their and their was nothing he can do and tried to get back in his car and take off. I had to Chace him down and ask to speak with his manager who when got on the phone was completely rude said they did not have time for me and they will reach back out tomorrow. worst delivery experience I have ever had in this area or anywhere else in California that I've ever been. read more

they don't seem to care about locals since they're the only ones in town. The only reason I buy from them is they have a monopoly on the town. The same exact carriages from Sacramento or LA are $20-$40 cheaper. Just because we are in a tourist town doesn't mean you should charge tourist prices for locals. No deals on Christmas. None on New Years. Product is over priced. I hope another company comes to truckee so the prices will get a little more competitive. Because they really don't seem to care about locals since they're the only ones in town. There loyalty programs is 3% that doesn't even cover tax most of the time. Please give us some deals once and a while and not just deals from your distributors that they want to push. How about promo codes? Or maybe 5%-10% once and a while. read more
