Well it never worked, so I took my PC to Best Buy in Carson City, worked with Jake Kemp, and he fixed it and made my PC work just like new. Jake was professional, friendly and showed what Best Buy customer support is all about. I had to purchase the yearly software Micro 365, and was told to call the Geek Squad to get a refund on the Micro Home at $179. I did and got the refund. Soon as I getting them out, one of the employees drops my speaker cause it was too heavy for her on the counter. Now I have a big hole on my speaker, I'm missing a screw from my speaker, and the material is starting to come off the box. Worst customer service ever! No one says welcome when you walk in either. One employee (young kid) even tried to open up his speaker by unscrewing the screws and then pushing his hand down on the speaker.
