I went to the store knowing I could trade in my old iPhone for the cost of the new one. (Thank you, Apple products for retaining value!) The store opened at 8 so I got there about 7:30. I was number 8 in line. No big deal. I knew I could be in and out and make it to work by 9. As I'm going through the process of buying my phone, the trade-in computer crashes. What?!?! They offer me a few different options. I could pay the $200 and bring my phone back and get a $200 verizon gift card. Um, no. I wasn't prepared to drop that kinda money that day. I had done my homework and wanted my trade-in. I had picked out my case already and was incredibly upset with the situation. Then, we come to a compromise! The CSR tells me that they will hold my purchase. They will happily put my iPhone and selected case in the back. This wasn't my fault and I had come anxious to buy my phone. A nationwide outage on the trade-in system shouldn't take away my new phone! I get off work at 6 and come back. There are still people waiting to buy new phones. What?!?! They only have the 64 GB?!?! Except for mine. Sitting in the back waiting for me to take her home. Trade-in computer was back up and running. YEAH!!! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. CSR traded my phone in and I paid taxes on the new one (oh and my accessory pack). He even helped me set up my Microsoft exchange for my work email!!

They are located in the West side of 60th, just North of Cermak Road, 22nd Street. Several good restaurants nearby for Mexican or Italian food also.

As I entered I couldn't help but notice the giant walls full of phone cases and video games. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I' explained my mishap to the employee who then assessed the damaged phone. He then took my contact info and ensured me he would be able to fix my phone. The best part.... FOR HALF THE PRICE the competition quoted me. Not only that but half the time. I returned an hour later to my screen looking brand new.
