Today he called the cops on me for no reason today, I originally went in there because my phone was disconnected and I wanted to see why was that because I had already made a payment a couple days back he was being useless about the situation he was not helpful at all this all could've been avoided i ended up arguing with two other customers and him included that's three people all because of him he was telling the other customers watch "I'm going to play games with her She's going to see" as a manager who says that you're a gossiping about me to your customers and he instigated it and that's why I ended up arguing with other two customers because they had spoken to me I didn't speak to them first they approached me and I defended myself. he clearly doesn't know how to be a manager because a manager would know how to go about the situation. A manager doesn't get their customers to argue with other customers or instigate the situation which she did he was instigating it this is very sad, especially at the plaza that this store is located at is very upscale so when the cops arrived, there were other customers in the store so imagine that this huge scene for no reason the cops did not say one word to me when they arrived, they spoke to him he said what he said and that was it and the cops left and they did not say one word to me so all that was for no reason when I didn't do nothing wrong to begin with which is unacceptable. He needs to get terminated it's very disgusting I still managed to make my payment of $440 which I never got the receipt for towards my phone bill and get it reactivated despite everything he said that he was going to let me stand there and that he was going to pay me no mind until the other worker got there which was a female and she's blonde which she was very helpful. I have friends and family that use AT&T as their phone carrier I would not recommend anyone going to the store location minding you live two minutes away from this store I should call the cops on him for fraud. That's a felony its a crime using someone else's "THE CUSTOMER" identification credit card to make purchases off of your personal uses in the customer went back in there and confronted him about it and she asked for a copy of her receipt We should call the cops on him He's the one who needs to go to jail based on the activities Hes performing and participated in I don't even feel safe going back to the store not even to use my credit card or debit card. I got my computer back, sent it to dell, who repaired it for 120 dollars. all data is still there and computer is working fine. I am glad i did not listen to this person's advice. the worst part is that I was also charged 75 dollars to be given wrong information. i just wish he had said he couldn't help me from the beginning.

I asked if she could put the screen protector on the phone at least, as I am awful at that. And without cleaning her hands from eating she just puts it on. Last week I needed advice regarding one of my older laptops; I was also giving consideration to purchasing an IMac. After speaking with Henry, I bought a 27-in. IMac. Took it home, opened the box; there was a glitch. Details are not important; it was a minor miscommunication, mistakes happen. What is important to me is how a problem is resolved. Henry and I worked together to make it right. No waiting in line, no arguments, or "I'll get the manager". It was a simple, polite and professional business transaction. In the end, we shook hands. Though I did not buy another IMac that day, I will return again to Middleton Experimax in a few weeks to do so. Consumers have choices. On-line, big box, Amazon, the Apple Store etc. The above, sterile and impersonal and resolution can be difficult if a problem occurs. At Middleton Experimax you walk in and talk to the owner. My choices are based on relationships. Henry will listen (much better than I do) and work with you to meet your needs. Whether you are buying a box of screws, family gift, or computer, spend your money locally and support the businesses in your community. I've been a repeat customer at this UPS Store, regularly dropping off shipments for my business…read morewithout issue. Unfortunately, today's experience was different -- and deeply frustrating. I was returning FIOS equipment after canceling my cable service. Verizon had already charged me over $400 for not returning it on time and told me I'd get the money back once the equipment was scanned at any UPS location with a reference code added to the shipping label. I provided this code to the first employee, a young man, who insisted it wasn't necessary. I questioned him, but he was confident -- so I trusted him. After leaving the store, I immediately called Verizon, who confirmed the reference code was in fact necessary to avoid a long and complicated refund process. I went back inside, explained the situation to a different employee -- a young woman who seemed willing to help -- but she deferred to what appeared to be the store manager: a middle-aged woman who was instantly combative. I calmly explained the situation and the importance of correcting the label, but she cut me off, saying: "We can't help you -- it's final." Even when the original employee admitted I had given him the code, she doubled down, claiming Verizon's system had changed and it wasn't needed. I told her I had just spoken to Verizon and that without the code, I might not get my $480 back. Her response? "You need to leave the store. You're being disrespectful." I wasn't yelling. I wasn't being rude. I was exasperated -- and rightfully so -- but remained respectful. Meanwhile, she was condescending and dismissive from the moment I approached her. To make matters worse, I had witnessed her speaking rudely to another customer earlier -- and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Now I believe she is the problem. This experience was completely unacceptable, and it may very well cost me a significant amount of money. I won't be returning to this location, and I caution others to avoid it as well -- especially if you expect basic professionalism or competent customer service.
