First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

I have a different carrier so I had to step aside and let the next person go while I figured out the information. There is some lady here right now and he's explained the same thing to her calmly probably 5-6 times a different ways and she's just yelling at him. She basically is arguing about a $20 price saying the customers always right but ... it's in black and white in the screen. It's kind of comical but I feel bad for the guy. props to him for keeping his cool, not once missing a beat and being super helpful

There is a lot of merchandise in this store. They had some interesting stuff but again the sales are kinda whatever & I don't think it's worth it. At first they said I wouldn't get it fixed until the next day, but the repair tech came out and said my repair could be fixed the same day, and to come back before closing. I'm happy to report my phone was fixed fairly quickly (keep In mind it was only screen that needed replacing). Come here if you have electronics issues. Depending on the problem, it could be pricey but they will get up and running.

I was a little nervous about timing as I had to reserve the freight elevators at both locations, but the movers showed up right at 8am! And they were done even faster than anticipated. They wrapped my couch, boxed my picture frames and took extra care of my China dishes. The staff was friendly and courteous and saved me and my back so much stress! Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. Said we can wait till Monday to speak with the estimate rep. 1st class moving failed and Could not deliver. Cost my business time and money.
