Service: 5 out of 5 stars The employee helping us out was probably one of the best examples of customer service I've experienced at a cell phone store. Kelsey was genuinely interested in helping my husband and I, knew a lot about phones, and was informative without being pushy. Price: 4 out of 4 stars We purchased two smartphones and one family plan. There was a special going on for unlimited data for 12 months, which we signed up for. I think the price is pretty good for what is being provided. Coverage: 4 out of 4 stars As the phones are for the in-laws, the coverage T-Mobile provides is more than adequate; Kelsey said that their coverage in central Florida is one of their best. (She also asked why we weren't switching to T-Mobile, too, but it's not the best coverage in St. Louis). Lastly, this store was the only one out of maybe 20-25 T-Mobile stores in the Orlando area I called that had the two phones we were looking for in stock. Awesome! read more

My Samsung S21 needed an upgrade, and I finally gave it. Did the upgrade via the T-mobile app and quickly ordered the newer S24. Did a store pick up, and I self updated via the SIM card at home. I paid the $56 in taxes and now have the additional $25 per month added to my account, but I'm good with that. The store was busy with folks, so I was happy to just pick up my new one without having to do a long wait or additional charge for them to send my information over to the new phone. A few days later, I called T-mobile on how to return my old cellphone and since I did not have a printer, they emailed me the label which I was able to get printed out at this same store. Joshua helped me so much by not only providing the label but also the box and tape to quickly get the phone ready. That level of service is top tier! read more

Really clean and professional environment. Mike and Willy were especially helpful at explaining all options and taking us step-by-step through the process read more

Today I switched over to Tmobile and went here. Usually I always have the most unpleasant time dealing with phone providers and never get the help I need until many problems and much confusion/misunderstandings have happened. However, today I was helped by Ann, who was so kind and pleasant. I was clearly frazzled after dealing with some issues and she was very patient and understanding towards me. Thank you Ann. read more

horrible service supper slow came in for a screen protector replacement ive been waiting for too long for something so simple.

Eh, I've had T-Mobile and I don't really know that I'd recommend it. The family & friends thing is cool because it allows you, I think it is five or so, people to add to your family and friends list where the communication is unlimited, however, it can be tough to choose only so many. How can you be sure that you will talk to those people more than others at any given time? I believe you can change them every so often but still that kind of tens to make it a bit more complicated than it needs to be, I like plans as simple as possible. read more

I have been a TMobile customer for 27 years. When I decided to cancel there was an issue with other lines I had that I supposedly could not cancel over the phone. I was told by the agent that I had to go into the store to cancel. This call took about an hour to complete with hold times. Once I arrived at the store I was I initially told that I could not cancel at the store but then I explained what I was told to the agent so he put me on the waiting list. After 90 minutes I was called by Chadwick at the store on Howell Branch. He initially said that he could not cancel my account. He then said he would return and I had explained to him that my other numbers were already cancelled but that they needed a pin that I did not have. He then spent time behind closed doors and came back and told me that I discontinued the call and that they had tried to explain what I needed to do but I had hung up too early to hear that. A complete waste of time since there was a 90 minute wait in the lobby. He relished in telling me that I had hung up. I was then told to put a TMobile sim card in my phone and I had to call customer service to cancel. I did this and told him that I would do this before I left the store to confirm with customer service. When I called it was an hour wait to get a call back so I left and called from home. When I called the agent asked for the pin which I did not have and then asked me for the last four of my social to confirm my identity. I was able to cancel with this number and NEVER needed a pin. Three hours wasted for no reason. Chadwick at the store in Casselberry FL is a horrible agent. If he or the other person does not know how to ask for identifying information then shame on TMobile. Horrible CS, they need training. read more

@TMobile @TMobileHelp I left Verizon for you. NOW when the battery through no fault of mine expands to the point of EXPLODING the Ormond Beach Nova Rd Loc ordered my warranty replacement and now the Casselberry / Howell Branch store refused to give me the phone that is here for me. Called the Mgr of Nova Rd in Ormond, Minerva she is fantastic. She called this store and was refused as well. $450 / business customer is now going back to Verizon. Can you hear me now? read more

So, full disclosure, I'm not even a T-Mobile customer. I stopped into this T-Mobile today because my iPhone was dead and I was in a rental car without my charger. I walked in and was quickly greeted by a friendly face. Without even asking me who my service provider was I was provided with a phone charger and a place to set my phone down. The store itself is bright, clean, inviting and really what you would imagine a cell phone retail location would look like based on the commercials. They were fairly busy, but they were well staffed; there wasn't much of a wait for customers waiting to speak to someone. I was able to browse the phones and tablets they had along the walls while my phone charged and was pretty impressed with the selection on hand. In hindsight I probably should have at least purchased a car charger from them and gotten back on the road but needless to say, I never felt rushed or obligated to listen to a sales pitch. I did have some questions about plans and such and if I didn't have other people on a family plan with me, I probably would have switched over just from the good will I experienced from the people in the store. I have been to some cell phone retail location where the staff have been curt and that was not the case here. I don't think this location has been open too long but if I'm ever in a pinch and need a quick iPhone charge, I'll know where to go. read more

We were extremely impressed with heir COVID protocols. They sanitized after every consult and only allowed few people in at a time. They even made sure everyone had masks covering nose and mouth. They asked one person to use their mask properly; followed through and had to ask him twice. We received excellent help with transferring carriers. Thank you team. read more

I went to the t-mobile howell branch + semoran Blvd. Location to upgrade my phone. The promotion stated If I added $150 onto my account balance I could get a new galaxy A12 for free. I was told by the tmobile Oviedo Location where I live I was not eligible because I had a prepaid account that I only pay $25 a month for unlimited talk+text+5g data and then $10 off for my Lifeline Discount. So my bill each month is only $17.24 and the Oviedo Rep said that would be "double dipping". 2 years ago I took advantage of this tmobile promotion at the Oviedo branch and upgraded to a new Aristo4+ when I added $100 to my prepaid account. And this new promotion won't allow me to? I had been to the tmobile howell branch+436 in winter park before and since I was near there there on Saturday I stopped in to see if they would tell me the same. The Representative who helped me Named E.J. told me I was Eligible and said yes if I add $150 to my account (which will then be credited to my monthly phone bill) I was eligible for a free upgrade and he did have the New Galaxy A12 in stock. I was literally out of that store in 15 minutes with my new A12 up and running with ALL my Apps,Contacts, and information from my old Aristo4+ phone installed. THANKS TO REPRESENTATIVES E.J.+ STEVEN At the Howell Branch Rd. Tmobile Store!!! And this A12 is GREAT! Bigger screen, more storage, and Faster. Way Better Compared to the Aristo4+ I had! Thanks Tmobile! Robert read more

'T'errible-Mobile is the worst I have had. I switched my business line to them in the hopes of lowering my bill. Sure, the bill went down, but I can't make calls. Data is only 4G. Can't attach to towers. Dropped calls daily (including when I was on phone with customer service). The will allow me to cancel my "uncontract" for $1000 if I turn in the phones. Or $2400 to keep the phones. Stay away!!! read more
