Told them they were getting a free Samsung Galaxy, bundled their phones together (supposed to be $80 for both lines), and home internet. My mother told them she had to stay within her budget. Salesman assured her the phone was FREE. The monthly bill is now $200, the phone was NOT free ($817). Verizon is NO help ... they said we have to deal with this horrible location because they're a Verizon "authorized dealer". read more

I've dealt with this store 2 separate times. First when switching from Sprint to Verizon almost 2 years ago.....(best decision EVER) Sherine, was my associate who helped me then.... she found me a better plan and saved me over $100 per month. Sherine has since gone back to college to further her education.... bummer. Most recently, I had to deal with an insurance claim when my husband dropped his phone in the water while vacationing in the Keys. The store in Key West was ZERO help.... They were total jerks. On a whim, I called my original store...... Augusto answered the phone and helped me immensely with the whole process. He was amazing! He goes by "Goose" and works at multiple locations. Ask for him! Do not go to this store!!!!!! Colin lied to me & had me buy a new phone when it wasn't necessary. When I called to complain about the awefulvservice I received bigot no response. i specifically said I didn't want my bill over $130.....its is almost $170. As a single mother of three that is more than my budget can handle. By the time I got my first bill it was too late. Lastly, they were filing my rebate. It was never received by Verizon and I was out another $200. Again no response from management at the store. I was lied to and swindled out of almost $1000. The salesperson flat out lied to us, changed ("upgraded") our plans without informing us and did not lock our text messaging so we were charged for receiving company advertisements. This is about Verizon store near intersection of 17-92 and Fairbanks in Winter Park...Always had good tech assistance before...but went in May 28 to buy new iPhone and detach a new phone line away from a business account.....Trading my iPhone x for iPhone 12...."Before I buy I want to know the TOTAL COST, all fees, etc"........salesman said .$370 "Does that include all fees? "..No. $470........Went home, came back next day it was $520......"Does that include charger?" No. $552.....Case? $30.....slow to close the sale. Took a long time..I asked mgr to review numbers because they kept changing...........then" To get that price you have to be on our "United Plan" $10 per month extra.......I was ticked.....another 15 minutes....."There's a $35 hook up charge.".............more ticked....15 minutes later "Also a $28 charge.".........And We STILL weren't done.....I walked out.........Salesman didn't seem to be well trained......Remember..I asked first "WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST?" after about two hours the price was raised 6 times! read more

Came in to switch my phone out on my lunch break, called ahead, they were expecting me and I wait for 30 minutes while one if the sales people stood around literally staring out a window. No one asked me if I needed help and when I tried to ask him to help he was plugged in not paying attention. Not only did the service dissappoint, the sales people at their other store in winter park pushed me to staying with a phone I hate, until i had to leave. When we first went to Verizon to switch cell phone providers, it took THREE HOURS for the rep to get two phones switched. When my husband's new phone would only let him hear calls if he was in headset mode, he went to Verizon to get help with the problem. The rep told him they couldn't help him, he'd have to take it to an Apple store. Then the rep said if Apple couldn't fix it then Apple would have to replace his phone. We got the phone at Verizon! Sending customers all over the place to get help with a problem is ridiculous, especially when the Verizon reps don't act like they care once they have your business. read more
