Well being from the middle of the country, I got a little excited diving over the 520 bridge because well, I like water I wanted a few pics! In an effort to not be looking out the window to take a video, I stuck my iPhone6 out the sunroof....and physics happened and there went my phone! I am 1200 miles away from home, no gps, no phone, and FREAKED OUT! Pro and his team did EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING, to get an iPhone 8 in my hands! What a blessing this team is!! I mean I needed an upgrade, but the way it happened....ok I'm laughing about it NOW, but it was not funny when it happened. Thank you so much guys! I will come back and say hello when I'm back in April! If ANYONE needs a phone, go here. I would rather FLY down from St. Louis to go to this store than give my business to any store in St. Louis.

Great service and quick repair time! I came here to get the screen of my iPhone 8 replaced and they…read moredid a great job. I called in the morning and they were able to do my phone right away. It only took an hour as well! The technician who helped me, Colin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, since I booked my appointment online, they were able to take 10 dollars off my purchase. There does appear to be a blueish tint to my phone screen after getting it replaced. After searching it up, that is most likely due to the manufacturer who made the screen. Everything is working accordingly so far and I am very satisfied! The price was reasonable for the repair. I look forward to coming back for my future battery and phone related needs.

Cell phone glass cracked causing it to malfunction and I needed it to access my tickets for an…read moreevent that day. To my surprise, they said they had the glass for that phone in stock and could fix it that day for $250. I had just had the screen replaced a couple of weeks earlier for $150, but considering the circumstances, I agreed to pay the additional $100 premium to get it done that day. Dee took my phone apart right in front of me, (I thought that was cool), but as it turned out, the part they had didn't fit my phone. So I wasn't going to get it fixed that day and had to leave it with them. Since I didn't have a number where I could be reached, they took my email address and said they would be in touch that way. That was a Saturday. When I stopped in early the next week, (having received no email), I was informed that they hadn't gotten the parts in, yet. At that point, I reiterated that I had just had the screen replaced for $100 less than they quoted me and only agreed to their inflated price because they said they could fix it the same day. Dee agreed to reduce the price to $200. Called the next day. Still no part. Toward the end of the week, I stopped in again and was informed that they had ordered the wrong part and it wouldn't be ready until the following week, at which time I demanded my phone back. They refused to give it back to me, saying they had too much invested in the phone, at that point, to return my property to me. That schmuck Dee had this stupid grin on his face as he's telling me this bullshit. Needless to say, I was furious. The next time I went in, the following week, having never received any email communication, someone else was there and he finally had it "fixed." He tried to charge me the original $250 quote, (I had already given them a $120 deposit on the work), as if he wasn't aware of the change we had agreed to. Once I informed him of it, he acquiesced, (like I said, I think he was aware of it the entire time). Once I got it back and left, I realized that the ear speaker no longer worked. Not long after that, it would no longer take a charge. The phone is a 2023 model that was bought at Best Buy in Melbourne in 2024, and never activated until 2025. So the battery hardly had any use on it. I took it back to the place that originally fixed the screen, (certainly would not take it back to iFix and Repair, when they likely caused the issues). They said the ear speaker can easily be damaged when taking it apart, if someone doesn't know what they're doing. I'll update this review, once I get it back, to let you know how much it cost to fix it again. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for repairs!

I wanted this ring for the diamond it had. Talked several people there including the store manager several times, to figure the best time to make this purchase for the best value and deal. the manager Phil knew my interest in this ring. I might add I just recently purchase another diamond ring and an18k necklace there. I was there yesterday and was told the store manager would be in today. I went in and noticed the ring was gone, so I asked if someone bought it. the first answer from Phil (the store manager). he said yes, then changed his answer to, that "it was put up for scrap". that he could not bring it out for me to buy. indicating it was put up this morning and was still there. How is this good business? I am certain I'd have paid more for it than scrap. you tell me, how is this honest practice? SHOP some where else and be sure of what your buying. earlier last month at this location, I was almost sold a 14k white gold band that was not what they were selling it as. the magnet test proved that.
