This was exactly the opposite, I came back to the store with the original receipt because the screen of my phone had popped out without any damage or fall and he refused to follow through with his word. Not only was he EXTREMELY rude but he tried to find any excuse to get more money out of me. I am a college student with a part-time job and for me it took extra effort to be able to afford fixing it at such high price. This selfish, arrogant man will sell you low quality screens that will shit out after a month then refuse to fix it at no cost out of greed. If you don't believe me, you can contact the General Manager for this mall and she will confirm that this store has had plenty of complaints that will cost him his next year's renewal. Instead of going here, I would recommend ITeck Repairs since they are neater, more professional, decently priced, good quality, and actually stick to the guarantees they advertise. Not only, did i pay 170 which is 63 dollars less and this included a free screen protector. A word of advice, save yourself the headaches.

They create bold faced lies and do not take accountability. They will hang up on you as if they don't care or need your business. They care nothing for their customers. I guess being a corporate store (franchise) they get business just because people have insurance and HAVE to take their devices there. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time.
