T=Mobile service had been a nightmare. It began with being told our bill would be a fixed amount…read moreevery month due to military discount. Due to a mistake on the store manager's part, the entire account had to be redone and started over the following month. I was assured everything billing wise would be the same. Subsequently, the promotions on two of the four phones was not applied properly. Every month for the last five months I call T-Mobile customer service to adjust the bill to the correct amount. They keep assuring me that it will be corrected for good. Now I have been told that one of the phones never had a promo and that the bill can't be corrected to the amount we were told when we signed up. To make matters worse, we have more dropped calls than we ever had before. We are paying more for service than our previous carrier, and I'm on the phone every month trying to correct errors in billing. We are so unhappy. The lure of the "free phone" isn't worth it. Now they advertise 5 year guaranteed rate and my rate hasn't been correct for 5 months!
