I love Publix! They are such a great grocery store chain. They have the BEST Bakery that I've ever…read morecome across, their wedding cakes are affordable and delicious! They also have high quality delicious subs and delicious sweet tea in their Deli. I get the chicken cordon blue sub and it's SO delicious. It even tastes delicious the next day when you microwave it. Publix is a great place to go for deals because they have a selection of "buy one get one" items in their stores. This is always a great value for their customers and this is huge reason why my mother loves shopping at Publix. Their team members go above and beyond for their customers and they are always friendly and accommodating.

I have bought bakery items that were so dried out I threw them away (were the label dates changed?). I love White Mountain bread, but it is often full of holes (many reasons this can happen). I was there a few days ago and almost every loaf was deeply. dented in the middle from top to bottom. Fruit is often tasteless or old, spoiled. I only buy grapes now. They used to have a great brownie cookie and little French lemon bars/cakes years ago, but I have not seen them in years. Most of their cookies are not very good. I have sent emails to the company, but nothing changes. One more thing - and this is NOT the fault of the store - I have noticed that many customers in the store (NOT the employees) are rude. Being polite doesn't cost anything. The employees are great!

I am a caregiver for my Intellectually disabled brother and we have been going here for many years, we trusted this dentist. I've paid them thousands (cash-no insurance). Early this year I went in for an exam, cleaning and x-rays, excited to use my new insurance. Office manager Nicole checked my insurance and said it was covered. I would not have had all the extensive unnecessary x-rays otherwise and had her double check to be sure. Several months later I received 1 statement (the only one) that said I owed $134 that wasn't covered. Well, I researched further, and I guess insurance wasn't going to cover all the extra x-rays. We return to that office every few months, so I wasn't worried about the bill and figured I'd deal with it next time. I never heard anything else from them until I called to schedule an appt in May. I admit, I was remiss and should have called and paid the now overdue bill. Several weeks ago, I explained to the current office manager Jonathon that I found a dentist that has experience with those with disabilities and was granted a scholarship to cover his annual dental expenses. I told him I would pay the bill when we next spoke the following week. I got busy and forgot to call (my bad) Last week I missed 2 calls (no message left) from Jonathon and on Thursday I called him and left a message. I tried again yesterday (twice) and supposedly missed him both times. Today I received a notice for $234 from a collection agency. I went to the office to pay the bill and to see why Jonathon was avoiding me and was told by a hostile Johnaton that "it is out of his hands" and I must pay the collection agency. I was there with cash, and he wouldn't take it! Needless to say, I was not happy and probably sounded so. He took no responsibility for the miscommunication from the original appt and blamed it on the former staff member. He argued with me and insisted that he received no message from me last week, he even told me they had sent several statements over the last few months (I never received them) and could have cared less about my issues. When I asked about the extra "fee" that the collection agency wanted he said that is a collection fee and he has no control over that. He was adamant and it was apparent that since I was no longer a patient he saw no reason to extend any courtesy or common decency. I called the collection agency right then and there and they told me the $100 "fee" was from the dentist office that it had been added before turning it over to them. Obviously, he wasn't being truthful, additionally he told me Dr. Sater wasn't available to discuss this with. Then he came back and said he just discussed it with Dr. Sater so apparently Dr was there. So many untruths here! To make matter worse, my brother's new Dentist and Hygienist and explained to me from the look of the x-rays and exam showing excessive tarter/plaque below the gum line, that there is no way he had thorough descaling and planing done last year at Port St. John Dental care, but he did! As I paid for it and several cleanings since then. This office seems to be all about the money, and much less about consistent and thorough dental care. I would not recommend them at all.
